Dining at the ice restaurant at the Arctic snow hotel is a truly unique experience. The food was great but it is the experience of dining in a restaurant made of ice with plates made of ice that makes this place special.
Lovely food including catering for special dietary requirements. We only ate there, didn't stay over, however would thoroughly recommend experiencing a night in this amazing hotel.
We ate here in the evening and the food was great. Hubby had Elk and I had veggie. So tasty and although not huge portions, they were enough to fill you up. I also had the hot 'mulled wine' which was lovely
