We stopped at m6m for an underwater dining experience one night and needless to say, it was a fine dining with amazing food and great staff who were very sweet and helpful. Got to see corals, few sharks and other sea creatures. It's a must visit.

During our holiday to Ozen Atmosphere we were fortunate to visit M6M more than once. Our oldest son had his 13th birthday on the island and the resort surprised him with a special visit to M6M.
The cuisine was spectacular and more a kin to a Michelle Roux extravaganza. The team decorated the restaurant for the birthday and we had a special time.
Having visited the M6M 3 times we had the pleasure of enjoying most dishes. Cooked to perfection, presented to perfection. This is not a restaurant you could tire of visiting.
The scene- 6m underwater on a reef. By night its alive with sea life from clownfish to sharks, rays to turtles. The view compliments the cuisine, both are fabulously memorable.

The atmosphere at M6M — Minus 6 Metres — is something you can experience in any underwater restaurant but the food and service were simply outstanding! The food and wine pairing of the set menu was perfect; even the husband, who isn’t very keen about wine, said he loved it, which is saying a lot. For a hardcore non-vegetarian, my favourite dish was the butternut squash soup, with its smooth purée and woody/nutty taste. I’d go back just for the soup! Everything else was delicious too, the lobster, steak, dessert, but it’s the soup I remember most.
The service was one of the best I’ve ever experienced — smart, friendly, efficient with just the right amount of casualness.
For me, M6M was one of the best aspects of the Madhoo experience.

We had lunch here during our stay and this experience is amazing. The food was so delicious and since I am allergic to seafood, the staff accommodated my request by offering other options. The restaurant is awesome and the staff that worked it! We got to see many variety of fishes and sharks in the ocean all while eating. Amazing!

M6M was actually much better than we expected. Sometimes restaurants like this can be a little gimmicky and disappointing but definitely not the case here. The views are incredible, food is outstanding and the service fantastic.
It goes without saying that you probably need to be a seafood fan as it's a seafood restaurant. Each course has a couple of options, my wife and I chose one of each so we could sample, all was fantastic. There's no children's menu but they will make to order. The wine pairing is great too but you can just opt for your wine of choice or the signature cocktails which are also fantastic. If you have children just note that they only kids on Monday and Thursday lunchtimes so make sure your accommodation dates fail over these days. You get one free meal as part of your stay, I'm unsure of the cost of the next. After your meal there's an exclusive pier bar that is opened so you can have a couple of after meal drinks and enjoy the amazing view.
Definitely one of the highlights of our stay!

This is a very special experience and MUST to go for. We went there only during a lunch time with our kids and its so amazing. The night or dinner experience is only for adult (which is good, as place shall give additional level of peace / silence / harmony). I am sad to miss that with my wife, but next time we go definitely.

Do try and visit this remarkable restaurant during your stay at Ozen Life Maadhoo. We've visited at lunchtime and evening. We personally preferred the lunch time sitting. The food and wine pairing was exquisite and the food matches the top establishments across the world. Ramses was so accommodating explaining everything to us about this underwater restaurant and as usual, like a magician he was outside to take us back to our villa as soon as we had finished, always checking that the experience was magical. Shout out too to Theresia also, a lovely lady. You will not be disappointed. All cuisine on the beautiful island of Maadhoo is inspirational and varied.

We just had the most amazing dinner at M6M. It is not only the unique underwater dinning experience (6 meters underwater) of seeing sharks, various fishes and corals, but it is also the service and the food that made this dinning experience magical.
A special thank you to our server Muskan, who was tentative and knowledgeable about the food, wine, and the various underwater creatures! She was friendly and we had great conversations. Actually, all the staff was friendly and wonderful!
We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary, my son graduation, and my daughter 16th birthday tonight. All the staff came to our table and sang this beautiful song which was very touching.
All the dishes were well executed and beautifully plated. We selected from the seafood menu and all the dishes were very tasty and creative. The wine paring with these dishes enhanced the dinning experience.
Thank you for a memorable dinning experience.

Absolutely stunning! The food was simply amazing and out of this world, probably the best fine dining meal we have experienced. Muskan our waitress was extremely hospitable, knew everything about the food, wine and sea life… she was also incredibly personably and fun taking the experience to another level. Thank you for an utterly memorable honeymoon experience!

Amazing place, amazing customer’s service and delicious food and drinks. I highly recommend this place.
The service is outstanding! From the Pool bar, especially parjwal, Anoop & Sameera.
Joanne’s service at underwater restaurant was terrific.
Every person whom we encountered made us feel special.

Amazing experience at m6m. As you enter you are welcomed with a drink and taken down to the amazing restuarant by the lovely staff for a quick photo opportunity. The staff are so friendly, and professional which made our experience even more enjoyable. The numerous fishes and baby sharks made our time truly memorable. Highly recommend this place! The quality and presentation of food was chefs kiss.
The girls were lovely to give us an opportunity to feed the fishes which my 10 month old enjoyed. Highly recommend this restuarant!

Really it’s a nice experience to have your lunch or dinner under 6m in the Indian ocean. Very very nice experience but it’s just one time.
Food is nice delicious but very small portions. Experience for wine is awesome.
Stuff is great, welcoming, laughing and comfortable.
Setup of tables might be little bit weird, I think it can be done much more better.
Overall it’s a good experience.
Pricing I am not sure about it, as I was invited by ozen life madhoo for this restaurant.

The seating area is very tight. You sit too close to your partner on a small sofa (and mind you, my wife and I are of perfect body shape if i may say). The distance to the next customer is also far too close, which mars the experience. The pre-dinner cocktail is not at the right temperature.
The food itself is actually very good. We have the seafood menu and love the dishes. The wait staff explain each dish very well. The wine pairing is also highly recommended.

Very nice experience but I had expected more when it comes to the food!
You can only sit 2 persons together, so if you come with a bigger party it is not that good! But for couples, honeymooners it is very nice!
Of course it is very special to sit 6 meters under sea level and watch the different sea-creatures,but I think they could try to improve the food when it comes to the actual taste.The food is beautiful to look at though. The wines are excellent !!
But of course I recommend a visit while at the resort even though I found the food in the main-restaurant better.( really recommend the red snapper(!

Delicious food, beautiful presentation, excellent staff, magical views of the reef and sharks with fish. The tables are arranged to face the ocean. It's better to sit at the tables in the middle, because that's where the most interesting view is. I would recommend visiting at lunchtime.
