We were recomended to visit this restaurant. We were told that this was one of the best one star restaurantes in Piemonte. That is possible right. We chosed the 10 course meny, with wine packet. It came with several nice surprises. The experience could have been...extremely nice, but the somelier was distracted and late this evening. Every detail in the restaurant, the waiters and the food was top class this night. We highely recomend this restaurant, and we take for granted that the somelier will be on track soon.More

We ate everyday in Piedmont for one month during half of May and June. For fine dining All’Enoteca was the best meal we ate for technique, flavour and excitement. We have eaten here 4 times over 8 years and this restaurants has always been fantastic...each visit and this time was no exception. The pheasant was my highlight but all the snacks and gifts from the kitchen were well received. Our 7 year old ate all the fried anchovies sent out to the table which was great for us to watch as it was a new experience for him. This is not a children’s restaurant really but on most visits for lunch we have been the only people in the restaurant which is odd for the standard of cooking. It is expensive though and this could explain part of the reason. The service on this occasion was polite but lacking any personality what so ever. It can be forgiven because it can be hard to create an atmosphere when the restaurant has one table. That being said you could say that it is the perfect time for them to shine and talk to you. I suggest a visit and I will definetly return next visit.More

We selected the „short“ surprise menu and fully enjoyed the 12 different Amuse Boucjes and each of the seven courses with porcini, four gras, agnolotti etc. Also, the staff was very friendly. Good reasons to come back again!

We went to dinner with a good friend of ours who lives in Canale. The Enoteca is definitely a place for special occasions. We had the tasting menu, which was great, but probably too much for me to do again. I am an American and...it was too much food. They have a shorter tasting menu, which I will do next time. Everything was delicious, all made from local produce. The wine list is outstanding and reasonably priced. The chef is extremely talented and greeted all the guests as they came in. It is a great place for a special event, but a little pricy when you consider all the great alternatives in Piemonte.More

We had a confusing meal with some good dishes and some less good. We had ordered the “surprise” menu, with paring wines. We really struggled trying to understand the chef’s philosophy....

Easy to become blasé with regard to the excellent quality Piedmont cooking can offer but this meal was a step up from the norm and I would highly recommend. Elegant surroundings rather than grand but excellent service and attention to the dishes is what stands...out. The meal is not cheap but inexpensive for the quality that is served. An extensive wine list does have high value offerings but also extremely modest bottles to compliment the meal too.More

One-Michelin star chef Davide Palluda is at the top of his game, with his inventive take on local Piedmontese classics. The restaurant is presented in clean and simple lines, providing the perfect backdrop. Service is attentive. Your experience begins with a delectable array of little...bites and finishes with the perfect coup de grâce - not a plate but an entire trolley, of petit fours. In between, you are treated to course after course of beautiful food, masterfully presented.More

We have attanded this restaurant because the bistro downstairs was fully booked. We were lucky that we got a seats evened that we had not made a reservation. When we were seated we were the only guests in the dining room. However within some 30...minutes the place was completely full. So if you want to go you rather make a reservation, particularly on busy day, such as Friday and Saturday. First of all I must say that the serving staff was very nice and attentive, they know what they are doing and are real professionals. At the beginning they came up with a selection of some 6 small starters. Wow, they were all so delicious!. I then had a steak and it was one of the best steaks I had for some quite a long time. The meat was so tender, like a butter. And the taste a bit smoky from the grill. Accompanied with some delicious sauce (I would love if it was more of this ... :-)) and lovely selcetion of grilled vegetables. Desert - special home made ice-cream was a nice final of the very special and memorable evening. Thank you for that! If you search for a place for a special event., this is the best place to go!More

The staff were all, as expected, ultimate professionals and our limited Italian was no issue. We sat outside on a balmy night which was lovely. From the snacks at the start to the post dessert snack trolley every mouthful was amazing. This was our favourite...restaurant so far. The serves were generous and you definitely will leave satisfied.More

No. But I would no go in jeans and a t-shirt. A nice pair of slacks and a knit shirt would be appropriate.
