I got received by a man seemed arrogant all he had a machine. They then brought things on a tray – coffee in a disposal cup, water in a disposal glass, and cake in a disposable dish and disposable cutlery. They asked me take things...off the try. The coffee was normal and cake tasteless They think they are the best in the world . Price is too expensive Very arrogant, snotty people. The man seemed like a very bossy police officer ready to arrest you. Very daunting experience, they need to shut or change the team because I have never seen very snobby people my entire life.More

During a visit to the area with my husband, we decided to stop in here for a quick lunch and were not disappointed. We both had toasties and they were great. Huge portions and filled to the brim! Chicken mayo one was excellent especially! Staff...made it for us though after we enquired about the board games on the shelves & helped accommodate our random dominos match! Would definitely return and can’t stop recommending to family around the area!More

I'm sorry you feel that our breakfast was a higher than average cost. At £5.50 with vegetarian and gluten free options it is very popular and competitive. Very surprised at the staff comment as we pride ourselves on how friendly and welcoming the café is...More

My husband and I visit Cafe on the Square on regular occasions with two small children to let them roam around the Kidzone, while we grab a coffee (or more!). The children adore the environment and the toys. The staff are always polite, cheery and...accommodating and it reflects on all the customers too. Everyone is always so friendly! The food is always great and you never have to wait long. It’s affordable, homely and our absolute ‘go to’ especially on a cold winters day!More
