We arrived in Tuguegarao City very late sometime in December 2018 for a friend's wedding the following day and decided to eat at McDonald's before going straight to our grandparents' house. There were a couple of diners inside but the ambiance is quite gloomy for a fast-food chain. I don't even remember if I heard background music or what-not. Anyway, the floor is quite dirty and so as the tables and glass panes which I believe are in great need of cleaning and attention from the manager and his/her staff/crew. Sadly, some items in the menu aren't available as well which is very disappointing for a traveler who came all the way from La Union to Cagayan Valley. All we need is a proper dinner and to our dismay, most aren't available. Yes, we understand that it's already late but you are a 24-hour fast food store and I believe catering to your customers' needs is still a must even in the wee hours of the morning. The parking lot was great though since it was spacious and accessible.

It's a mac donalds like every other mac donalds in the world... nothing new, just very busy compared to other point of sale of this branch in the country, however Tuguegarao is the pancit capital of the philippines, may be better to try those... even if once in few days can be ok a burger :)

Customer service needs improvement

Fast food - should be fast!!! Not waiting for 10 min for a simple breakfast meal. When meal plan s ready, you will go and get it yourself and there were almost no customers. When you come as a foreigner (could be a tourist!!) the staff is laughing/giggling and having fun about who is to serve the customer and speak English. Not professional.

Had to wait for 15 minutes till I reached the counter yet the restaurant was way less than half capacity. Only 2 out of the 5 POS were working. Had to wait for another 15 minutes for my cheeseburger and coke to arrive! Horrible efficiency. The burger was fine but the customer service is apalling!

Nothing negative to say about this McDonalds branch. Ordered big breakfast with hot choco and both tasted similar to other McDonalds branches elsewhere in the country. Service was good; friendly and courteous staff. Clean washroom and clean store.

No good Breakfast

I was here just last sunday with my wife after the early morning Mass. So we decided to eat before we head home. We ordered chicken and ask if they can serve us the thigh part. But it is not available but the worst part is that they are serving meal which is not hot anymore. "kaya pala walang thigh na available" its because they are just trying to have everything finish. So I commented and gave back my chicken to them and have it replaced for chicken burger instead. They should not serve food that are left over from the other night. This means that the level of their service is really not up to standard totally low quality.
