It is a place where you can spend empty afternoon with your friends or by yourself. I just don't appreciate their frappes, they're too sweet for me.

When you're in the hottest city in the Philippines, all you want to do is stay in an airconditioned room and sip a cold drink. The Frap Bar is just the perfect place to relax and chat with friends while you've got nothing else to do :)) They've got a wide variety of coffee mixes, smoothies, and desserts. I've already tried two of their coffee fraps -- hazelnut and mint. Both are yummy and refreshing. Price is relatively similar with other cafes. I think they close at 10pm though, a bit early for those nights out.

The Frap Bar has every COLD beverage you want, from Frappe blended drinks, Iced Espresso, and even Milk Tea Recipes. Plus you can dine in on their restaurant at Lories.

I tried 2 different frappes here during my stay in Tuguegarao. The Creme Brulee has no coffee in it & was really good.
