We had a nice lunch in Foam. It was too hot outside and we were told there was no room inside, although there seemed to be lots of empty tables. After asking someone else if we could move we were seated in the conservatory area...which was cooler, although we were right next to the speaker so the music was a bit loud. The food and drinks were good - strawberry milkshake was thick and creamy, the pulled pork and cheese melt was delicious. You can have it on either sourdough bread or sea salt and onion - we chose differently and both enjoyed our choice. I hadn’t eaten sweet potato fries for a long time and they didn’t disappoint. Would recommend this place for a nice lunch in a good setting.More

Booked a table at 8pm. We were told no steak and no ribs on arrival. One of our party ordered a Buddha bowl salad as she's vegetarian - the waitress came back and said the kitchen had told her that were no salads that evening....She suggested halloumi fries instead! I ordered the garlic mushroom pasta - tasted like mushy baby food in a jar. Truly awful. Cut into inch long strands. I had one mouthful and left it. Not a great experience at all.More

Booked a dining pod for 7 of us as a special holiday meal. From the start the music in the pod wasn’t working. Service very poor, expected more for pod service. Food very average. Apparently only available at 8pm but there was nobody there prior...so wondered why we had to wait for this time!! Then to be told last orders for drinks were 9.20!! Final straw over charged by£45 which we noticed. Run by kids that have no idea on customer service. STAY CLEARMore

Sat on the terrace outside (the music inside was quite loud) and had brunch - the pancakes, full brunch and breakfast burrito were all very good, as was the coffee and drinks.

Great mains…okay desserts…VERY slow service! Good value for families as kids eat for free at certain times…but service was lacklustre to say the least…!

Booked online to sit in the conservatory only to be sat inside the restaurant, when I told the waiter we should be seated in the conservatory I was told it was fully booked by customers who had specifically requested to sit there. I told him...we had specifically requested to sit there too. He said there was nothing he could do as all the tables were booked We had to sit inside the restaurant. After placing our orders we were given only part of it and had to ask the staff for the rest of the orders, no salad with one meal no dips with the nachos. The guacamole??? was sliced avocado. The staff were very busy and alway polite. We did tell them this The one star is for them.More

I visited Foam recently with a friend and my 8 month old for a coffee and something to eat. When we arrived we asked for a table and a high chair, and the member of staff brought us a dirty high chair. I first thought...the high chair was stained from previous uses, but once I used my own wet wipes to clean it, I realised how dirty it was. I then went up to a member of staff and asked if I could have a different high chair because the one I had was very dirty and I had tried wiping it down with my wet wipes but I would’ve been there a while. Member of staff was polite and said she would bring one over. The second high chair came and was just as dirty, if not worse than the first one I had. Again I grabbed my wipes and realised this wasn’t my job or place to be cleaning your highchairs. We decided to up and leave and try another local cafe, which straight away, provided a clean high chair. I used to work in hospitality so I understand cleaning standards, especially when it comes to high chair because the babies/toddlers eat off the tray itself. And I also understand how busy it can get, however there were 3 other tables occupied whilst we was there, so the members of staff had time to clean the highchair. Especially after I had mentioned the first highchair being so dirty, you would think they would’ve made sure the second highchair was clean. Such a shame as I really enjoy visiting Foam.More

I believe there's a side entrance that is pram and wheelchair friendly - it's on the side closer to the marina and The Harbourmaster
