Oasis Restaurant is one of the most famous and well-known restaurants of Panglao, directly situated at Alona Beach. We have a line-up of international and local bestsellers, such as Korean Beef Ribs, juicy steaks, Prawns al Ajillo, Seafood Spaghetti and some of our Filipino dishes; Crispy pata, and many more. The Oasis Royal Burger is our number one bestseller. The Nasi Goreng Platter or our Sesame Crusted Tuna Steak with Wasabi-mayonnaise follow closely. You want seafood?! The lady at our hotel recommended this restaurant. We sat on thee 2nd floor and there was a nice breeze.
I wanted a pizza but they were out of pizza dough so I ended up with Thai Spring Rolls (as a bit late for me for a large meal) and my friend got Beef Thai Curry and rice. We ordered a bottle of Red and bottle off White because we were told we could take home anything we did not drink.
When the bill came I was shocked as it was $48 USD, one bottle of wine would have been that in the states.
Service was good as well.

We went here to eat as the place was jam packed and right on the beach the prices also looked pretty reasonable. The starters were nice and big portions. However, I was really disappointed with the main which I barely touched. The bill came and there was 12% tax and then 12% service charge on top of the menu prices which meant it wasn’t such good value! Average dining experience so wouldn’t encourage people to rush here but the view from our table was really nice.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience about Oasis Restaurant. We're delighted that overall you enjoyed the starters and the big portions that we serve, however we're disappointed to see that you maybe felt mislead about the prices. But I would like to inform you that below every menu (on each page) there is written in big red letters that "rates are exclusive of 10% service charge" and I have to inform you that 12% tax is not charged on top of your bill. There is 12% tax mentioned on the receipt but this is already calculated in the price of the dish. The 12% is mentioned on your receipt because this is one of the requirements from the BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue).
Nevertheless, we are sorry that your experience with us was not among the best ones, and we do hope to have the chance to turn your opinion around. Should you decide to come by during your next visit, please feel free to email info@oasisresortbohol.com for personalized assistance.

We were lucky enough to grab a table right on the beach, and enjoyed our meal while admiring the views and the passing parade. The menu is extensive and our food and drinks were very good. Prices were reasonable for a beachside tourist restaurant, but service was patchy, with some excellent and very efficient staff and others who seemed to be away with the pixies.

My family sought out the best-reviewed restaurant near our hotel so we went to Oasis with high expectations. We got seated at the beachfront and ordered an appetizer, 4 mains, a soup and the day's set menu special. The staff was gracious to allow us to order only the pumpkin soup though it was not on the menu as a separate item.
She could not fully describe the day's set menu but I ordered it anyway as I was looking forward to a good seafood dish.
However it took a long time to get our first main dish onto the table, which took at least 45minutes and the rest could have reached 1 hr in total. The pumpkin soup was excellent but the marinara dish let me down as I could not find the half crab I was promised. and found mostly fish cuts. The pork ribs were tough on some parts. and the Nasi goreng and Korean ribs was just average.
The location was great being able to dine along the beach. Having some local kids sing their hearts out at each table was cute the first time but after a 3rd group comes by, you would just wish to stay inside the restaurant for some quiet dinner time.

Hi, thanks for the nice review. We are aware we had a bit of a slow service those days because it was right after the pandemic and just opened for about a month. Sadly we did the whole month of June without POS system and had to do all the billing manually. We didn't expect that many tourists at all yet around that time. Luckily tourism kept picking up and we got our POS system in place in July. Now our service is much faster. Sorry about the kids, they are trying their best to survive, as they don't have parents looking after them. We let them sing because we understand they have to look after themselves, sorry if that bothered you.

Experience tonight 01/29/2020 : this restaurant accept clients at 9.30pm but they close the lights at 10pm, without taking in account clients who continue to dinner. Seems they consider clients as a canteen to eat meals in 30mn.
If you want to spend a good time with dinner front of the sea, choose another restaurant.

We just randomly picked this place for dinner while walking along the beach and were blown away by how good it was. I'm surprised others had such a bad experience but maybe we just happened to pick the right dishes. We got the seafood curry and the Bicol express - delicious. We wish we found it earlier than our last dinner because we definitely would've gone back.

We went to this place on Valentine’s Day. Our starter was delicious, after that we shared a main course. Unfortunately it wasn’t so good for this price. We ordered a mix plate, with our favourit, calamari. The squid was a bit uncooked for me and we didn’t like the pork, because it was so greasy, we couldn’t eat it.
The service was OK, but the food is a bit overpriced for this quality.

Absolutely Fantastic! we were a large family group, 21 of us. We booked a meal on the beach. It was amazing, tables right in the sand, we went buffet style, Oasis created some menu options for us to choose from based on our general likes and dislikes. Food was great, ambiance amazing; tiki torches, just the right lighting - it was a favorite experience from the family. So much so we ended up booking another group dinner at the beach. Just want to say that the staff at the resort love their jobs, they operate flawlessly as a team, and are just completely professional. They had back up plans if weather turned bad, extra food on reserve if needed, the teen age boys eat a lot of rice and they were ready for it. Such a great experience for us all, would highly reccomend and look forward to visiting agin in the future for a repeat. Thanks Oasis, Ben, Lennie, Willy, and staff...

The waitress was friendly.
We had chicken quesadillas, chicken tacos, beef burritos. We did ask for extra spice and jalapeños.
As expected for the price as on the beach.
Enjoyable atmosphere looking over the sea. Would go again, as lots of choice on the menu

Great place to have your lunch while you are at the beach or your dinner in the night. What is better than having dinner feets from the sea! Great personnel here. Also the hotel is great - but it is a popolar place so book early!

DELICIOUS PIZZA
Spacious place at Alona Beach.. The hotel served a very best of foods. Was beautiful greatful location entire the area. Goid vibes & beautiful views. Such as the Royal Burger is the no.1 bedt Seller of the town ..Oasis restaurant is the famous restaurant of Panglao ..great service great staff is wonderful....

Lovely staff, great vibe, delicious cocktails, reasonable prices, great veg options, we liked it so much we went back 2 nights in a row.
The place is busy so service can be a bit slow but the staff are so lovely, you just have to appreciate the surroundings and enjoy the moment!

Hi guys,
Thanks for taking the time to write the lovely review, sorry for the slow service at times. We have had a bigger than usual wave of tourists on the island and it is not always easy to find enough staff for the restaurant. We have been working on our serving speed incessantly.

Nice place for dinner. We had burgers and fries and the food was awesome. Also friendly service. If you choose to sit in the garden it was quiet for Alona Beach.
