Dear Anne, Thank you so much for this flawless review about your stay at the Amirandes Grecotel Exclusive Resort. We are delighted that you had a memorable stay with us and that you enjoyed your holidays so much. It makes us really happy to read all your compliments about our setting, food and chambermaid service but most of all about our staff and, as you mentioned above, an outstanding customer service. The Amirandes team makes a continuous effort for personalized service and through extensive training we try to improve day by day. Moreover, we are glad that you enjoyed your dinners in our main restaurant which is placed around an ornamental lagoon and our variety of salads, main dishes and patisserie selection. Regarding the children’s entertainment, we offer six days a week a supervised playground from 10 o’clock in the morning until 6 in the evening. As we are a kids friendly hotel, our kids club Grecoland creates a magical holiday experience for children aged 3-12 years, during the whole season, 6 times per week. During the high season a multi-activity camp will also operate for our younger guests.
