I stopped by for lunch at Número 28 Pizzeria Napoletana today. Service was fast and efficient, and the Ciccio --a pizza made in the form of a sandwich – was quite good. However, the unisex toilet was very dirty, and the walls were raw sheet rock and had several large holes.…
