This was a family of three, the third being an 18 year old. The pick up from Cancun was fairly uneventful with a transfer time of about an hour. The check-in process was a little slow, irritating after such a long flight to get there. Perhaps the hotel might be better served

I do believe that customer feedback is the most valuable source of information and your suggestions have been carefully read by me and transferred to each department responsible. We really appreciate that you took time of your day to make us this review. For us, it is so value the importance that our guests put in the reviews; means you are committed in the same way that we are, pursuing the same objective: the satisfaction from our guests. It has been of my pleasure to read your review. You have given a complete and punctual mention of every aspect of the hotel. Let me give you the thanks for point out every aspect about the areas that offer a service. We are working in improving the check in and check out and figure a way to make them more easy and specially, fast. I am going to send your suggestion to the Front Desk Manager about to put some chairs on the Front Desk meanwhile the guests make their check in. Also, we are improving the rooms, with a whole program of room remodeling that start a few months ago. Thank you for appreciate that we want to give all guests only the best, and that include the highest quality standards in terms of rooms, guest service and food and beverages. We have a uniform line in the quality of food presented in the A la Carte Restaurants and the buffets. We really appreciate your comment about the Entertainment Team. We are going to send your good comments to the Animation Manager, so he can share the mention with all their team. The last month, the team performed a show inspired in the Disney Movie “Coco”, to celebrate our traditions and customs in the Independence Day of Mexico. We hope someday you can come back and have the opportunity to see it, at least that in your recent visit you saw it and that is what you mention with joy the performances. We are in constant work to have the beach area clean and as you can notice in your recent visit, the maintenance staff works every day to keep the beach clean. All the employees must to follow quality standards in terms of guest service, that is why we are really sorry if you felt pushed to assist to the members timeshare. We are going to send this mention to the Concierge Manager to make some changes in the way that the concierge team offer the membership and not cause discomfort in the guests. Finally, allow me to reiterate our eternal gratitude for the time dedicated to this review and for the time you will spend reading the feedback. I know you put in your comment that usually your family and you do not return to the same place for a second time, but It will be a pleasure to welcome you back at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya or any Sirenis resort.
