This is a mixed bag site. The location hurts as it is off strip and really is not easily walkable unless you are very athletic (I'm not going to pretend it is a 10-15 minute walk, which it is for my jogger sweetheart, when for me it is 20-30), and I'd hate to imagine walking it…
