Dear Lglique, Thank you for being our guest. I am sorry that your stay didn't exceed your expectations, as ultimately, that is our goal. We did put millions of dollars into our renovation, but the building was built in the 80's with our wall units there. Normally, they are not an issue as we have a very diligent PM program to keep them working. Whenever there is a problem, they are replaced within the hour. None the less, please accept our apologies on this. The bed is a Sheraton Sweet Sleeper mattress. This is a standard with Sheraton and normally receives very high praises. In the future, please be sure to request additional mattress pad and this should alleviate the issues with our standard mattress. I am certainly glad you enjoyed the pool none the less. While I understand your stay wasnt exceptional, I do hope the service that you received from the team made up for it as they are the ones that take these scores deeply to heart.
