We are concerned to read your comment about the food and room cleanliness; we assure you this is not the type of experience our clients take back home. Moreover the issue where you state that a rodent was found in your room is very surprising due to the fact that we undergo a serious vermin control procedure in our property precisely to avoid the presence of such, however we have forwarded your comment to the appropriate department for follow up. It is important to address that we have an internal Quality Control Coordinator to ensure all Hygiene & Sanitary procedures are being met according to the company policies, which on a frequent basis audits our hotels in all Hygiene and Sanitary procedures.
