As you will read from other reviews, we pride ourselves on cleanliness and we meet the mark more often than not so your experience is highly unusual. May we assure you that we most certainly provide clean shower curtains for every new guest so we are as disappointed as you if this did not appear to be your experience. As a result of your feedback, we are reviewing our procedures to try and figure out how this could possibly happen and to ensure that it does not happen again.
