It's great to hear that you found the hotel to be stunning and the room to offer incredible views. It's also good to hear that you enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. I am sorry to hear that certain aspects of the hotel did not meet your expectations on this occasion and we always welcome feedback from guests to allow us to improve in the future. I will ensure that the feedback relating to the bar is passed on to the bar manager and the cleaning issues to the housekeeping manager. The balconies on the third floor are continuous and separated off with large planters and I am sorry that this did not provide enough privacy for you.
