Still, we are very sorry that you could not fully enjoy your stay due to a skin reaction you were facing during your stay in Cologne. As you know we have immediately started to intensively investigate on the possible source of your skin reaction at the point we got notice. The official pest control’s inspection results showed that an infestation of the hotel room could be excluded.
