Dear Little_twiglet I am pleased that you encountered a warm and efficient welcome on your arrival to the hotel. I can assure you that our entire Front Office team have been made aware of your kind words. I am pleased that your 12th floor guest room was to your liking and offer you everything to make your stay a comfortable one. The views from the floor to ceiling windows are wonderful and I am pleased that you had time to enjoy them from the comfort of your guest room. I note your observations about our swimming pool being busy. All of our guests have complimentary access to the leisure facilities which is very popular. Unfortunately we cannot control the length of time that our guests wish to stay in swimming pool, however I do sincerely hope that you had time to enjoy this area on the morning of your departure. I appreciate that you may have had to queue to gain access to Cloud 23, however due to fire regulations we are restricted to 300 guest’s maximum at any one time on the 23rd floor. In order for us to control this effectively, we must have one point of access only and that being the express lift from the ground floor. I am pleased to confirm that that our guests do receive priority when requesting to be included on the Cloud 23 guest list. We are proud of our ‘Hilton Breakfast’ and I am delighted that you enjoyed our offering.
