Dannymac, I am very sorry that you felt this way about my restaurant and you felt unhappy with your experience, especially as you have enjoyed it so much previously. We always welcome feedback, both good and bad, as that is how we learn and grow as a restaurant and make sure we are all doing our jobs properly and always ask for feedback at the time as well as leaving feedback forms for diners to fill in so we can keep an eye on what's happening. I would like to urge anyone reading to look at this contributors' reviews of other restaurants before making any decisions based on this review and to also read the other reviews diners have posted about us. It is clear that something made you very unhappy and as you know from your previous visits and our other ratings, that is never, ever our intention. We pride ourselves on caring about our customers. I am sorry that you felt so strongly. Having spoken to the team working that day, your party said how wonderful everything was on the day and thanked my staff for their hard work, so we are a little baffled. I would like to assure you that as a 40 cover restaurant that served 73 diners on that particular lunch, the waiters have no fear of being rushed off their feet and the manager in question is a lovely, warm, kind hearted and hard working person that does not deserve to be branded as "arrogant" in a public forum. Once again, I would urge readers to read this contributors other reviews for some context.
