Thank you for taking the time to write a review following your recent stay at Langdale Chase. We are happy to hear that you found the building and view to be stunning, and that you were given a warm welcome upon arrival. I am sorry to hear that you felt the dining experience fell short of the standard you would expect on some of the occasions you dined. We do take all feedback very seriously as a means to identity where we can improve on our standards and service, and these issues have been raised with our kitchen team. I can say that this isn’t reflective of our usual standards, and will be dealt with as a matter of urgency. I understand that our Deputy Manager did spend some time with you while you were here, and discussed your concerns at length before adjusting the room bill. I was aware of the issues you had, and would have been happy to speak to you personally if you had asked, but did not want to interrupt your last leisurely morning at the Hotel as you had already spoken with a senior member of our team. If you would like me to contact you please let me know the best contact number by emailing our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will call you at a time which is convenient to you. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back to the Langdale Chase again in the near future.
