I am so glad to see that you truly enjoyed our services and I thank you so much for highlighting the quality of our restaurants as well as the amazing attitude of our employees. I can see that you also appreciated the quality and services of our SPA which is definitely a key department for our hotel with its 1.200 m2 of facilities including a dramatic roof infinity pool. I apologize for the smell in the first room you were staying in and I am so happy to see that our liked so much the other room you had at the Level floors with its private panoramic restaurant and bar. Humidity at this time of the year is close to 100% in Cuba which is why you got this smell upon arriving which normally disappears in question of hours with the use of the A/C. I was glad to read your conclusion: “I think it’s the best hotel In Varadero. I would recommend. Many Thanks to the customer service who treated us very well and invited us to a management drinks and canapés party” and I thank you for recommending so highly our establishment.
