    Perfect day for Baseball
We took the San Francisco Bay Ferry from Vallejo to the Embarcadero for a Saturday afternoon game. The Farmer's market was hoppin, all the restaurants were open, and we enjoyed some tasty food before we walked the two miles (20-30 minutes, all flat) to Oracle Park. There are pedicabs if you are feeling lazy, but hubs and I decided we needed to get our steps in. It was a glorious day, perfect weather, prices are spendy (it *is SF*, after all) but still a great day. We won, too.

    Baseball's Best View
Visited Oracle on my quest to visit all 30 MLB stadiums-- this was #27. There are many beautiful stadiums in this country, but watching a game while overlooking the Bay was unforgettable. Best view in baseball. Crab sandwich arguably also the best concession offering, especially if you are a seafood fan. Seats behind home plate are sunny, but the view is worth it.

    Great Ballpark
This is one of the top ballparks in the MLB. Even if the Giants aren’t your team and even if they aren’t doing well, the venue is terrific. As usual in San Francisco, the weather can be cold even in the summer months. It’s possible to need a short sleeve shirt and a jacket depending on where you sit or the time of day. But, the park is clean and it has many food options to choose from. Taking BART to the game is easy. Overall, it’s a wonderful time.

    A Home Run!
A must for all when in the beautiful bay city of San Francisco during the baseball season. The location is stunning and, whether you’re a baseball fan or not, it’s definitely a worthwhile and fun visit. The only gripe for me is that the stadium is surrounded by dozens and dozens of extremely pungent sausage stands which, at times, makes it incredibly difficult to navigate pass.

Beautiful stadium and surroundings. The best stadium for baseball
We happened to see a baseball game in this stadium. We were thrilled to see the game, where SFO Giants won. Really a nice sight to look at the stadium and the game. All facilities there. Food courts and washroom also good.

    Amazing view
I attended a baseball game with my son and husband in August. It was soooo much fun. I have never been in such a beautiful facility to watch a sporting event! Even just walking up front the outside was so cool. I loved the view from our seats in section 312. Tickets were super reasonable. It was easy to find our seats, as well as other spots we wanted to see. Food and drinks were plentiful with many choices for all tastes. It was also easy to access using public transportation.

Take Me Out to the Ball Park
We went to Oracle Park to watch the San Francisco Giants play the San Diego Padres. We'd never been to a baseball game, but were on holiday and wanted this American experience. We weren't disappointed! Our seats were quite high up - and it's worth reflecting that getting to the top of the stadium is a walk! Anyone with mobility issues - there are elevators available, although you may have to wait. The stadium itself is amazing. The view over the bay - with ships / boats / paddle boarders passing by - is worth it on its own. Add to that a baseball game, with all the razzamataz that accompanies this, and the tickets were well worth the money. A great three/four hours of entertainment on a lovely September afternoon. We saw the first righty Splash Homer, which resulted in fireworks, and the game went into a 10th innings... I'm not sure to this day whether it was a good game or not, but thoroughly enjoyable. One watch out. My husband bought two cans of cider at the game. Like the UK, alcohol at venues (we went to a couple of gigs during this trip) is much more expensive. However, this went to another level, with a can of cider costing $23 (over £17). It was lovely cider... but he still isn't over it! Alcohol price aside, go. It's a brilliant way to spend an afternoon (even if the home team loses!)

    Beautiful Stadium! Top 5!
Came for a Giants game and was not disappointed. Being right on the water alone made the stadium unique and beautiful. Loved the exterior and all of the plagues and important history throughout the outside of the ballpark (and really nice statues). The inside is just as great. So many places to choose from for food…and many relevant, local food options to get a taste of San Fran while you’re there. Views from the seats are stunning; this is a stadium where the nosebleed seats aren’t a bad thing. My only major complaint is their team store was tiny and didn’t offer a variety of merch like others I’ve seen. The Braves and the Rays store both put theirs to shame. Luckily, I’m there for the game experience and the store is the least of my worries. The game day experience was perfection!

San Francisco’s Chinatown is one of the largest Chinese enclaves outside Asia. The best time to visit is during Chinese New Year, when the area comes alive with a grand celebration. Don’t miss China Live, a multi-story building filled with shops, restaurants, bars, and a food demonstration hall.
