We came at 3:30 and knew the last car went through at 4. The walk through exhibit closed at 5, so we were under the assumption that the animals would be there for customers to see until closing time. That’s where we were wrong. It was 4:15, and all of the animals were locked up except the goats. The lady working the desk said “just push the gate open and go. But be off this park at 5.” Not a thank you, not even to enjoy our time. We went and saw the goats, and then went through the gift shop/exit. Not a thank you for coming, nothing, just stared at us while we left (with 35 minutes of business left). The drive through exhibit was very fun, but your staffing needs a lesson in hospitality.

The zoo has a drive thru and foot trail paths to see the zoo. You can feed certain animals too. Great place to bring kids. As an adult, I was very impressed with the layout and how many different animals you can see. Plus for an extra cost you can get a private session with different small animals. Also, as part of the cost you go into an area to feed parakeets with a peanut butter stick. The drive thru is awesome too. A must see when visiting Branson.

We did the vip tour where you get to hold or pet a few animals. The kids, ages 12-15 loved it. However, even better, is the drive through part where you can feed the animals from your car. We laughed so hard because they come right up to your car and stick their heads all the way in for food and run alongside of the car as well. If you want up close and personal to several animals do the drive through tour and be sure and purchase the food ahead of time at the walk-through part of the park first.

Had the best time celebrating my grandsons 7th birthday. We did the VIP adventure and seeing him go from afraid to hold the animals to happy and smiling holding a baby Joey. The touch friendly zoo and being able to feed the animals in the single fenced enclosure was just amazing. We spent about 5 hours total at the zoo and definitely could have stayed longer. The walk through and drive through were wonderful. We had the best time

I brought my friends, who are from Ukraine, through the Christmas lights drive through. It was a Friday night and I anticipated a long wait, but there were several entrance booths and we did not wait long at all. I had reserved our tickets online which made it easy. We were instructed to put our car radio on a specific station- the lights twinkled to the Christmas music. Our favorite lights were the different animal shape, lions, giraffes, monkeys, because my friends could practice their animal vocabulary! Of course, the petting zoo was a huge hit! It was a holiday, festive evening! We enjoyed our time immensely.

Promise land Zoo has been a family favorite for several years, and we now visit every time we come to Branson! Amazing caring staff dedicated to care of the animals, and educating visitors. The zoo is constantly adding improvements to enrich the animals lives, and the visitor experience. The VIP experiences are worth every penny!! Amazing place!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our day visiting the Promised Land Zoo. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The VIP experience was outstanding. We learned so much about the animal ambassadors and even held a cute little joey. Parakeet Paradise was a fun experience feeding many parakeets. And the scripture on display throughout the zoo was a beautiful reminder of God's Word. I love the fact that you're not a place that simply has exotic animals in cages simply for your financial gain and selfishness, but that your animals are all rescues from deplorable abusive situations. Thank you for taking care of God's creatures. God bless you PLZ!

Although this is relatively small in comparison to the St. Louis Zoo, I enjoyed it. It was fun to feed the animals. The parakeet feeding was a hoot. They swarm around you right away. Make sure you save some feed for the drive through portion. The animals come right up to the car expecting to be fed. It is hilarious.

This was a pretty neat way to spend an afternoon. The “petting zoo” area where you can feed the animals is on the side of a steep hill so be prepared. The kids loved feeding the goats and parakeets especially. There is a foot path that takes you to an indoor animal area that has reptiles, spiders, and hamsters. The drive thru area was neat but also had some uncomfortably steep hills and some poor signage so a few times it was difficult to know which way to go. Save some of your food for the drive thru area as you can feed some of the animals and we didn’t know this so missed out. We also somehow missed the giraffes which was disappointing. This is similar to Bear Country USA and Bearizona (without bears), although a bit less lavish. The concept is similar. Overall great afternoon activity for littles who enjoy animals.

Cute little place, the drive through zoo was neat but the animals were few and far between. The animal experience building was neat, my kids had fun petting the small animals. Clean place, we spent longer there than I expected so I’d say it was definetely a win!
