Excellent service, punctual, helpful, polite, and friendly! Also the service is quite affordable, I'm sure this company will do well since alot of the other tour operators do not offer the same standard I'm Cambodia. Here you will get lunch and the offer of water, comfortable reclining seats, the roof doesn't leak water and the operator speaks English to an above acceptable degree. Recommended.

Very happy with the trip. Booked a Giant Ibis bus trip from Siem Reap to Bangkok which was about 8 hours. All of the seats are very comfy which recline and have feet support. The bus also had wifi and charging ports. We boarded in the morning and were given a pastry and a coffee each for breakfast, then a hot meal around lunch time, which was all included in the price. The staff on the bus were very helpful and helped us with getting across the Thailand border.

We travelled overnight from Sihanoukville to Siem Reap. We are both over 55 years old and I was nervous about the journey. We got a tuk tuk to the office and waited in their waiting room. You could leave luggage and go for a wander. We just popped a few doors up to a great coffee / juice / frappe cafe. There is a WC at the office. Our bus left exactly on time at 1900. We had bottom beds 1a&b right behind driver. You take shoes off as you board the bus and put them in a bag they provide. Also given a bottle of water. There was a pillow and blanket each and a plug socket / not usb. Air con and curtains to close off your space. We had plenty of room. There was no W/C on this bus About 1030pm in Phnom Penh we were told there was a 15 minute break to swap bus. W/C available in the garage. The second bus was more modern. Usb sockets and shiny pillowcases. W/C on board. The A/C was excellent to the point that I was a bit cold despite the blanket. Next thing I knew we were at Siem reap just before 0530. We had to show the ticket we were given to match to our luggage and then off we went. Lots of tuk tuk drivers waiting for you. Overall it was an excellent service and I would definitely use them again. There were 2 drivers and a bus guide on the bus if we had any concerns.

Travel with them twice, 1st time in a night bus (Phnom Penh to siem rep) and everything went very well and had a couchette for us. Preferably on the top than the bottom as advice by other traveller as well. 2nd time it was ( kampot to Phnom Penh) in day bus' very confortable seat, free water and croisant and very good A/C. Very easy to book online on their website and sometimes organise pick up with their partners accomodation whose was handy for us. Highly recommend travelling with them.

I really rate this bus company highly. I used their service from Bangkok to Siem Reap and it was flawless, including the cross-border process between Thailand and Cambodia, where they guide you through and explain everything clearly. Bags stay safely on the bus whilst you pass through immigration on foot. The bus seats are comfortable with plenty of space to lounge back and enjoy the ride. Much better than their competitors that use them older, more ‘bumpy’ vehicles. Definitely recommend Giant Ibis to anyone travelling solo or as a couple.

I took this bus from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. Bus left on time, had 2 breaks - one 30-min for lunch and one bathroom break, we arrived about 6.5 hours later. Roadside restaurants were nice with decent bathrooms. They give you a bottle of water and a small breakfast item. Very good experience.

We travelled with Giant Ibis Universe Luxury Bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. They took us from city center to the bus station. The bus ride was pretty good, enough leg space, free croissants and water. The staff, especially our host was incredibly helpful and hospitable. There’s reliable wi-fi on the bus as well.

I used them on SR>PP and PP>HCM, both about 6-7 hours. It is a reliable, trustworthy, safe, modern, clean, I would even call it luxurious bus. You get water and a small snack, Internet (can be slow at times) and a guide ... and the bus was 1/3 full if that. The guide can be particularly useful for border crossing. They offer pickup from most hotels (but you need to book a day in advance for this.) The driving is safe and very professional. There were two drivers who alternated. The bus also stops every 2-3 hours for a small break. At lunchtime it stops for longer break, at a place you can buy lunch. The online ticket purchase took a few goes, on my first journey, before my card was successfully processed, so just keep trying. On my second trip no such issues. Upon arrival to HCM they offer money exchange and SIM card (although SIM card choices in all corner stores in HCM is not with the best providers/plans. I recommend going to Viattel shop. There are registration procedures only the official store handles.)

The journey from Vietnam was excellent. However, when you get to the Phnom Penh office, be aware ! .If you do not have a sim card and are looking for a taxi, you are going to be scammed. Like many bus terminals, there are really annoying and intrusive taxi cowboys just waiting to prey on you.I asked for the Giant Ibis office for their WiFi, and they were accommodating. As soon as I started looking for a Grab, they were on me and the Ibis staff seemed to be in on it. I had difficulty getting a Grab, so got a tuck tuck taxi from the office. The driver so my phone that read 6000 Cambodian riel and settling a price of 5as soon as we set off the five became Dollars .I payed him after letting him know how I felt.So DONT ! DONT ! DONT ! ,get a lift from this office

I had the a pleasant time traveling a round-trip between Phnom Penh and Ho Chi Minh City on the Giant Ibis bus. The seats are spacious; the ticket comes with a canned coffee, a croissant, and a bottle of water. The staff are supper helpful and friendly. They prepared everything well in general. Very professional indeed. I'm impressed.
