My family of 6 took VIP Tours to Tulum and Casa Tortuga Cenotes from Cozumel. Christopher, our guide, was fantastic. He took care of everything so we had a worry-free day. The driver, guide at Tulum, and guide at the cenotes were all great. Absolutely excellent experience from start to finish. I can't recommend VIP Tours strongly enough.

Our party of 6 adults booked a Private Jeep tour (2 jeeps with drivers). THey showed up on time, the jeeps were clean, and they had a cooler of water for us. Rogelio and Christopher built the tour on our request for visiting the Ruins, Tequila tasting and bar hopping on the East Side. From start to finish, we had a fantastic time. Christopher even joined us on our tour of the Ruins! We cannot recommend VIP Tours Cozumel enough. This day was one of the highlights of our trip.

We had the best experience with VIP tours! We used them for both transportation services from Cancun to Playa Ferry to Cozumel hotel. And then also a private Jeep and ATV tour of the Jade Cenote and the island. The comfort and professionalism we had with both Christopher and Rogelio was top notch! They took the stress off of us! The communication was perfect, they listened and Accommodated us and our children ages 6 and 17. We are extremely grateful for their knowledge to help make these experiences so perfect for our family! We highly recommend VIP tours for any tour you want to go on! We booked a last minute half day tour to Punta Sur Park. VIP Tours was so great and easy to work with. I messaged them on WhatsApp at 9:25pm and had a trip booked for the next day by 9:30pm. Cristopher was an awesome guide and his English is impeccable! We got to see the Wild Side with some stops for pictures and then it was on to Punta Sur park and lunch followed by snorkeling at Sky Reef. For a small family owned company, I’d highly recommend tours of any kind with them! We’d come back and do all our excursions with this family!

We booked a shared snorkel tour through VIP tours Cozumel as advertised on their website. They use another company to run this who they work with on Cozumel called Lobo Marino located on the Cozumel ferry port harbour. I contacted the company and everything was smooth to organise, Rogelio (the company owner for VIP tours) personally came to meet us at Playa Del Carmen ferry port and sorted out our ferry tickets to Cozumel and back. We took the tour out to snorkel on 2 different reefs and saw loads of turtles, marine fish, stingrays and corals. We then went to an area to see loads of starfish and also to the sandbar for some refreshments including fresh fruit and ceviche in the water. Overall, a really great trip - we had a group of 14 so it wasn’t too large which was nice. The captain and snorkel guide were great - would recommend this tour to anyone coming from Playa Del Carmen. VIP tours Cozumel offer lots of private tours perfect for families and groups wanting a more exclusive experience. A trustworthy and honest company who are located on Cozumel island!
