Since the beginning of holiday all was problem. We paid room with seaview, however never got it. We got confirmation from our travel agency, however in the hotel-reservation was land view. At reception they offered us to pay 500EUR again to get it..JOKE...The hotel is dirty, unmaintained,food cold, personal very unfriendly, noone spoke english, german..nothing.. Ultra all inclusive and kids got icecream only from 12-14:00 with big queue. This all we could forget until our son got sick. Later we realized, that he became infected in the hotel as other children because of bad hygiene of the hotel and children facilities. Our son almost died :( He was not breathing at night, we needed to call ambulance, however our roomphone didn´t work. We were 3 days at hospital, after we came back to hotel our room was still dirty and vomited. Noone from personal helped us in the hotel, everything was problem. We could´t take food for my son to room, noone helped us to organize hotel transfer to the airport, noone helped us with luggage because we had to carry both our sons. (2 + 4 years). Our first family holiday and I sat at reception lobby and cried because noone from hotel personal helped me!! In this horibble situation. NO EMPATHY NO CORDIALITY !People there would like ONLY to EARN MONEY!!!…

What a tip this was pre covid a fantastic hotel and post covid a terrible hotel, from the outside looks wonderful, then as you walk in reception looking good, then stop and get a better look, the carpet needs to be cleaned urgently, room was ok but again needs to be given a deep clean, bars using poor quality drinks watered down, food in the restaurant was under cooked and dry and cold, very limited to choice, staff will ignore you if you are English, overall as a seasoned travelers we will never go back to that hotel, a 5 star Hotel it is not, I gave you a 1 star due to the look of the hotel outside, no doubt they will state that other people are happy with the food but not the same experience

We visited the Royal Alhambra Palace Hotel for the fifth time and were again very satisfied. We are very happy to return to this hotel. Once again, it was confirmed that the hotel is at a professional level, both in terms of services, maintenance and overall level incl. team for fun. Thank you again.

Don't not book this hotel!!! The food is shocking, and rooms are full of damp and mould. The kids' enimentment team doesn't speak any English, and they are a bit creep!! The kids' pool has chipped tiles in it and is dangerous. I had a burger at the beech bar, and it had a bug in it.

My family and I had the pleasure of being served by Elif Şahin at the pool bar during our stay, and I must say her service was outstanding. Elif was incredibly attentive, always with a warm smile, and she even remembered our orders flawlessly. She even organised a birthday surprise for my sister which was incredibly thoughtful. It's evident that she works tirelessly, as she was on her feet all day, yet her energy and dedication to providing top-notch service never wavered. Her exceptional customer service truly enhanced our experience at the hotel, and I would like to commend her for her professionalism and genuine hospitality. Elif Sahin is a valuable asset to your team and she should be rewarded.

Hello. I was on holyday in hotel Royal Alhambra Palace with My mom and friend of My mom. It was at 14. 9. and 21. 9. 2023. Our holyday was great. We leave in one family room. Some things don't work in those rooms, but those things weren't such inportant, althought hairdrier, which was stronger in bathroom upstairs in this room. Problem was, that Wi-Fi was awaylable outside of rooms, but I need only Wi-Fi to learn new turkish words in phrases only, because I have downloaded My music and My audio books. One interresting thing was, that I have noticed one thing written in braille on the lift, but It was in Turkish and I don't know Turkish very well and also, turkish braille too. But we three feels very great. Food was great, but one time I've got a bad Hookah, which didn't work and cocktails was also great. I hope, that I'll return back to this hotel.…

Excellent Vacation! Just returned from our vacation couple weeks ago, and I can't complain about anything. We had arrived at the hotel around 11pm and the receptionists were already waiting for us. They even gave us an upgrade. A duplex two floor room, pretty close to the main area of the hotel, so my grandmother didn't have to walk too far. Room was clean and renovated. Daily cleaning and replenishments of beverages in the minibar. Food was excellent. Huge diversity of meals. e.g. Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican cuisine and so much more. Of course, various dessert options, I did find all of the cakes a bit too sweet tho, other than that it was hard to pick from so many delicious options. Beach and pool area was also pretty big, enough sunbeds by the beach and pool, easily movable. I also enjoyed activities like beach volleyball and water polo and also night activities for all age categories. Overall I rate our stay very positive, we felt safe in the hotel as well as in the town. We for sure consider returning in the future. Thanks to everyone who made our stay at this hotel memorable!…

It was my third time at this hotel but I will never came back. The food was cold, and everyday the same… dirty cups … the beach is bad , there are rocks so I have an injure .. and my allergy was so bad , there was mold . I am so sad .🙁

Awful awful experience in July! My 1 year old got a contagious virus from the children’s area! This is indication of lack of cleaning and sanitation, multiple families complaining about the same problems, hotel was aware the doctor on site was aware yet no precautions no warning to families that this virus was spreading in the hotel. My daughter was having incredible fevers, started developing blisters and rashes all over her face, body and feet. To the extent that she was no longer able to walk on her feet, unable to open her mouth from the blisters in her mouth! I have informed tui yet no action no response. I am extremely upset and feel distressed that my daughter was unnecessarily exposed to this virus and still suffering from the after effects. Disappointment is an underestimate!! Never again and will not recommend to the slightest!…

We stayed for 10 days in July as a family for 4 and our first impressions was what a beautiful hotel with impressive pools and a nice beach. The lady who cleaned our room was lovely and friendly too. Sadly though your hotel is completely let down by the catering staff. The food is very repetitive and not well cooked, on several occasions we had to leave the chicken as it was completely undercooked and the waiting staff was very slow, so you had to wait ages for drinks and cutlery etc. One of our family has coeliac disease (intolerance to gluten), yet no dishes as labeled to advise for allergies. We tried asking staff but none of them understood English, we then spoke to the management team and was given a little print out (in Turkish) to show the catering staff, but this still didn't make any difference and no one helped, even the head chef didn't appear to understand. So ice creams was still served with cones, kebab meat still had to come in a wrap etc. This really isn't good enough and left them being ill. Then another member of our family became very ill with extreme sickness and diarrhoea, which resulted in an ambulance being called and a two day stay in hospital with IV drips to recover! This could have only been due to the poor standards in catering which resulted in food poisoning! No one from the hotel or TUI even bothered checking to see if we was alright during or afterwards. This totally ruined our holiday and for the amount of money paid we would have expected a much better level of service, very disappointed customers.…
