reserve the the larger newer rooms near the elevator as the hallways are confusing.
Love the convenient town location and the sea views from the room…….
call to reserve if there is no availability online.
hotel car is affordable and convenient

The only hotel with an elevator in Virac - this hotel is centrally located just 1 block from the Virac Cathedral and the Plaza where everyone goes at night to play basketball or hang out
They have a very nice roof top gym and pool

Is the tallest building I saw in Virac. Accessible to transportation, Cathedral, Market, stores, ATM machine.

Has a decent coffee shop located in the 4th floor with the Mountain View. Enjoyed the yema cake and Dilmah Tea.

We got the room with bunk beds and we loved it. It has 2 restrooms, cabinets, ample space for at least 15 guests. Layout of the room was simple but cool, mattress and pillows were comfortable and smell good.

Breakfast was ok as there are quite a few choices to select from. Their banquet/dining hall has a mountain and sea view.

Inn has a swimming pool and gym.

Staff was friendly and warm.

We visited Virac at the time where there was a typhoon and the building had leaks in the room and hallways. We likewise transferred to 4F with a smaller room that fits 8 guests and another room to accommodate 4 as the floor where we were assigned had power supply challenges. We got back to the favorite room after a day. Staff had to ensure we were comfortable.

Room rates were affordable considering the convenience and comfortable stay.

Definitely recommending this to all types of travelers who visit Virac.

Sad to say i just stayed overnight since i saw this hotel a bit late.. Price with breakfast is reasonable. Very nice, clean and comfortable room. No need to go outside to look for food and Virac Cathedral is walking distance to hotel. If coming back again to Virac, i would definitely consider to stay here again.Thank u ARDCI...

1. Location
This hotel is conveniently located in the town center. Everything is actually walking distance. You can walk to the VTC, cathedral, market, port.

2. Service
Requested for them to clean our room during our 2nd day. They did not mop/sweep the floor, though.. Or didn't do a good job sweeping it as we can still see that it's dirty.

3. Room
We booked a bunk bed (for 2). It was really hot on the upper bed - not recommending to sleep there. Room was small, the bathroom was really cute. I can literally do all things without moving (taking a step). I am disappointed that there's no hot shower.

4. Food
There's a free breakfast. Food was okay - not really tasty. Just enough to fill your stomach.

5. Others
There's a cafe in the 5th floor that serves affordable coffee. Wifi is intermittent and not that fast and is only available in the 4th floor lobby and 5th floor cafe (correct me if I'm wrong).

There's a pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna - it's a building with complete amenities.

Overall, I would still go back here - I'll just stay in a much bigger room.

New hotel and its one of the tallest building in Virac. Near the Cathedral and accessible to places like market, transportation, stores. Brownout is very common in the province since we went in summer. Good thing the hotel gas a generator in case there’s a brownout. They have a swimming pool, jacuzzi in the 7th floor.

Their restaurant serves good coffee. Their food service is so slow. Breakfast is included but its advisable to advance order it, the evening before your breakfast. If your there for lunch/dinner expect it to wait for 1 hour.

Its a new hotel so it's clean. Staff at the restaurant are kind, and chambermaids are always ready with a smile. Front desk staff need more training on customer relations. Food tastes good too. Don't expect much tho from their rooms. They are smaller than usual.

stayed here thrice already and the only dowside of this hotel is there was no hot shower but overall, had a great stay! the interiors of the hotel was okay and they have a cozy coffee shop with affordable rates and theres a nice view overlooking the whole town of virac at the roof top. Guests can swim at their rooftop swimming pool but didnt tried it. the plated breakfast was served at the rooftop restaurant and it was delish! definitely coming back!

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights way back 2014. Place was new and well kept.
Virac is a small place thus walking to and from each establishments wont be a problem or you can ride a tricycle to visit the mall. You can also try local food stalls to taste their delicacies.
Internet connection was poor in the whole city when i visited the place thus the need for patience.
