We stayed here over Christmas. Unfortunately the island was experiencing a typhoon which meant all tours, etc were cancelled. Luckily for us we were staying here and the staff were on hand to help us in every way possible. This is a small resort which meant we got to know the other guests. The food, coctails, massage, etc where brilliant. The staff were the people that made this place special. They couldn't do enough for us and did everything with a smile. The hotel was very secluded (except for a hotel next door). This made it very quiet but also added to the tranquility. Because of the isolation the stars at night were beautiful! You should know that there is quite a lot of Wildlife. We had a pet lizard for the duration of our stay (it kept the bugs away!!!). My only negative comment would be that the food is quite expensive and because of its location the only other option is the neighbouring hotel.
