Detailed Reviews

It is a nice hotel if you rate the staff's friendliness, cleanliness; however this hotel has poor WIFI ( a basic need in a modern hotel) and does not have a swimming pool, gym..., it is just a casino hotel, where you stay and gamble, day and night. You may not have any complaint if you like gambling. After all, Bavet is a place NOT for sight seeing but gambling.
The only activity you could get is the nice and clean massage. At merely USD10/hour, it is a good bargain. The other activity is Karaoke if you love singing.
As for food, the restaurant at the 1st floor offers fantastic food but not cheap.

A bit expensive for the area, but surprisingly nice. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was exceptionally helpful and many spoke excellent English. We were able to instantly get a ride to where ever we wanted to go (and other hotel vans/shuttles were happy to bring us back for a small tip).
The casino floor restaurant isn't worth the price, I think it's there mostly to give free comps to the players and priced so they feel like they're getting a real bonus. The second floor restaurant, The Orien, was very nice but expensive as one would expect in a casino. There's a great open air market on the left right before you hit the border and we ate most of our evening meals there.
As far as I could find there was no wireless internet available. We were on the 7th floor and picked up an intermittent wifi from the top floor vip area that was not password protected but other than that there was nothing for the guests.
I do take issue with the hotels policy on bringing in food. It seems the guards are told no one is allowed to bring in food, but once a manager is called they will ok it. While I understand the policy given that the entire first floor is the casino, they need to allow the guards to let hotel guests bring in food without a hassle.

It's the casino hotel but the room was clean and the staffs were friendly. As it's a casino hotel, the security is a bit strict that you need to tell the security staff that you are hotel's guest to avoid any ban of bringing in your bags.
The hotel has shuttle services to - from other hotel and to - from border.
In general, the hotel is good to stay and it's closed to Cambodia - Vietnam Border check point.

I stay at LVS in Bavet regularly for business trips and when passing through while touring Cambodia. For the Bavet area it's the best available as I've stayed elsewhere and visited several other hotels. The staff is friendly and helpful. They cater more to those gambling and won't offer rooms for more than two nights at a time unless you are throwing down some serious money at the tables. The massage here is good and safe if you know what I mean. The girls are dressed professionally. About three out of five times getting a massage here is great and the other times mediocre. The rooms are clean and in good repair. The WIFI is usually good but due to the area can be spotty at times. The best thing I can say after visiting this hotel regularly over the last six months is that they are continually improving small things and services along the way. For most westerners the restaurant wouldn't be considered all that good but it has come a long ways recently and is sufficient. The most frustrating thing for me is that they won't let me stay for more than two nights at a time since I'm not a gambler.

We stayed at LVS in Bavet for a poker tournament.
I did during the week see most of the grades of rooms. I would highly advise a Junior suite which is by far the best value for money, Lovely big rooms on the executive floors.
Only problem there was the water, which was low pressure and kept going hot and cold. It made having a shower, not the most pleasant part of the day. I spoke to many guests who all have the same problem, so I guess its in the hotel.
Orien restaurant on the 2nd floor is very good. Kind of weird pricing. Some dishes were fantastic value, and others were hugely over priced ! All the dishes we had there were good, and no one got sick.
There is also a driver service to run you to other casinos in the area, which is useful.

(1st)how much do we buy in rolling chips in order to get free room for our stay,(2nd)also much commission for usd1000 buy in
"Floor seven seems to be where the nicer rooms are. However if you go to your room and find that you're located at the end of the hall where the massage place is I'd recommend getting a new room further away. People are coming and going from massage late into the night. Plus many rooms right next to the massage place are where their "KTV" girls stay at night. They arrive in their rooms very late into the night and can be somewhat loud."Read full review
