Be attentive with the rooms because they have just some new room and with the old and standard room they don’t have pictures And the room are very bad smells very ugly from the condition air and the Bathroom is very old not how they presente it on booking or on TripAdvisor
The most amazing time was spent at this hotel! They had an amazing pool bar where you can order drinks while hanging out in the pool! There is an amazing room where you can get breakfast and that was the best experience of all.
No complaints at all. We had a wonderful welcome from the reception staff; fabulous staff at breakfast and at the poolside bar. Great cocktails and a great relaxed atmosphere around the pool. We stayed in a superior sea view room, lots of space, very comfortable bed and soft pillows. Great view across to Delos. Pili restaurant just below the hotel had a delicious menu with very reasonable prices and sunbed sets for €25 (a bargain in Mykonos). Definitely staying here on future visits. Highly recommend to anyone.
We decided to stay here for our honeymoon. Our stay was anything but pleasant. First we decided to upgrade our room from the standard to the classic suite sea view. The rooms were new and very nice looking I will give the hotel that. The first night we noticed there were a lot of ants in the room. We informed the hotel two days in a row before any action was taken. Finally the manager came to the room with a can of bug spray and sprayed. The issue of ants, however continued. Our fourth night here my wife had asked the housekeeper for a laundry bag, just the bag to put our dirty clothes inside so when we left they had a spit in our luggage not contaminating our clean clothes. The laundry bag was never delivered. We decided to go to town. When we returned, we discovered our laundry missing from the room. We went to the front desk only to discover that the woman misunderstood and thought we wanted to have our laundry done. When our clothes were returned we had several items that were not supposed to be put in the dryer were resulting in ruined clothing. When we spoke to the manager to seek compensation for this major error. We were met with a fight and they were unwilling to compensate us for the damaged clothing and the issues we had throughout our stay. The lack of ownership and excuses we received are unacceptable. We then sat by the pool after check out while waiting for our transportation and coincidently the owner was sitting outside having a meeting. When we asked to speak to him we were told that we were not allowed to speak with him like he was king and instead took a call and passed right by us. Take ownership of your business and have accountability. It is the hotel guests that support your lifestyle. AVOID THIS PLACE! It is also really far from the city and you either need a car or to take public transport to go anywhere. The negative experiences with this hotel ruined our honeymoon. I’d give this place a zero star if I could.…
My husband and I had our honeymoon here. Needless to say we decided to upgrade to a classic suite with sea view (which is costly). We had ANTS everywhere coming in from our patios for 2 days, we alerted the hotel, and the hotel did nothing about it. After day 2, and vividly being upset about the fact that we had to kill ants during our honeymoon stay, the manager finally came to spray some raid in our room. The fact that this took 2 days is WILD. Then upon our return to our room, getting ready to pack we noticed our clothing was all gone! We alerted the from desk right away that we had missing items removed from our room and a response we got was “can you identify these bags” instead of “oh no, let’s notify the cleaning crew of this.” Of course we said we could identify our items and it turns out a housekeeper decided to take our laundry without our permission or approval and do our laundry. Mind you to do laundry in Mykonos costs over 90 euro (so about $100 USD). We did not approve of this service nor request it. Later to find out that the hotel policy they are not even allowed to REMOVE articles from your ROOM! So not only did they break their own protocol, they didn’t even want to own up to their mistake. Honestly overall just a terrible experience and headache when trying to celebrate our union in marriage/enjoy our honeymoon. Manger and owner of hotel would not do anything to help fix the situation, nor cared that a few of our articles of clothing were damaged during the process of the laundry that was done without our permission nor approval. Please just STAY AWAY FROM HERE. It’s not worth it and there are plenty of hotels to go to with good/trustworthy management here, and decent prices. If I could rate this place -10/10 I would.…
Very loud hotel with old doors, thin walls, we could not sleep at nights. The main building is not suitable for hosting guests... The most disappointing 4-star hotel room ever!!! We asked for compensation but nothing happened. Luckily the food was good, the waitresses were kind, therefore during the day we enjoyed our staying, but never come back.
Very helpful and kind staff. The recepcionists can solve anything in no time and are very professional. And the people working at the bar are extremely friendly and give you very good recommendations for things to do and places to visit in Mykonos. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is quiet but is only 15 minutes from the famous beach clubs and the old town. The hotel can take you anywhere if you book a transfer, at a reasonable price, and their driver Dimitris is the best! Anyway the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The view from the hotel, the pool and its area is. Everything is very clean. The breakfast is also great, there are many things to choose from. Would love to go back there next year!
Wonderful atmosphere, excellent environment and facilities and very kind staff. Worth to mention the top quality of the food and the drinks. Highly recommended, for every type of visit u are planning.
We as a couple stayed at the hotel and enjoyed every moment. The rooms are new and clean, the hotel is beautiful .and the service is amazing Great breakfast! Highly recommend getting to the hotel. You will not be disappointed!
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! My fiancé and I booked 3 nights at this hotel. A month later, he was rushed to the hospital and went under head surgery. He wasn’t able and wasn’t allowed to travel!!! We contacted the hotel right away and provided documentation from the hospital and from the neurosurgeon and they refused to give us our money back! How can you refuse a medical emergency?!? I’m really hoping this comment will be helpful and if you are choosing between booking this hotel and another one, please do me a huge favor and book the other one!!! THANK YOU!
