The hotel's location is just perfect - the 10-minutes walk from the main street (Prospekt Revolutsii), large cinema - Spartak and main atraction of the city. The studio room is very large (about 60 sq.m). You can find everything you need in the hotel room - large bed, coffee-table, cupboard, sofa. It was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice too. Big TV-screen in the room, but notice, that there are a lot of Russian channels, a few foreign. The quality of sleeping was also very good. But it's quite expensive - the room's price was about 10000 rubles (approximately 310 dollars). I think it's expensive for a hotel, located not in the capital of Russia.

Very clean, comfortable bed, western style shower, and air conditioning. Very good complimentary breakfast. Attendant at front desk speaks English. Note that internet is not free and as soon as you turn on computer the meter starts running. Close to court house and center of town - everything you need is within walking distance. I have travelled extensively and this is a very nice hotel by my standards. Note that all hotels in this city are pricey for foreigners, for a few $$ more choose to stay here.

I´ve stayed in this hotel approximatelly 2 years ago. I choosed this hotel for its location. The price was about 145 EUR, which was way too expansive for city of Voronezh with only few tourists. But the hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable. For a single room with such price I would expect something more extra probably (at least free wifi internet, 300 roubles for 1 hour of usage is way too much).
I did not eat breakfast, so i really can´t say anything about that, but the lobby bar is great.
The stuff was very helpful and kind.
If you have a lot of money and don´t mind to waste it, I can suggest to stay in this hotel, otherwise I would look for something cheaper. :)

Stayed here this past weekend. Hotel is centrally located in a quiet sidestreet. Rooms are nice and well furnished with a quite comfortable bed and nice bathroom which includes a bathtub and bidet as well. Service was good and the spa and sauna is very nice and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was also good - fresh squeezed orange juice. I've stayed in several hotels in the small to mid-sized Russian cities and this is one of the nicest I've been at.

Wi-fi was free too. Only compliant I have is the TV was pretty old and not up to flatscreen quality I'm more used to.

Reception: Excellent English skills (compared to the country in general). Very helpful and excellent service even compared to western standards.

Service: Very good actually, but as only the receptionist speaks and understand English, mistakes and communication issues will arise (the words “cola” and “beer” are known, but that’s about it). Also if you need power for the laptop during dinner at the restaurant they are actually willing to supply extension cords across the room.

Food: Great breakfast. Better than most Moscow hotels. Although lacking in refilling.

Lunch/Dinner: fine, but better places can be found in walking distance from the hotel.

Rooms. Electricity (and air conditioner) stops when you leave the room, preventing recharging of batteries. Minibar are run by an independent company, so whats is in the minibar may not be sold by the hotel bar/restaurant.

The hotel is rather small (5 floors about 20 rooms a floor), so you pretty soon get to know the staff.

Cleaning: Well the sheets are not exchanged every day but the rooms are clean and tidy.

Great hotel! Good English speaking staff! Food great too. Centrally located for sightseeing & walking. Rooms and bathrooms fitted to a 5* finish. Wifi all over hotel. Pool & sauna facilities available at a large extra charge! Smoking permitted in bar area but does not permeate public area. All in all a very nice find.

Spent there one night on a business trip. A regular 4 star hotel (though claims to be 5stars). Receptions is very helpful and trained up to Western Standards. Room spacious enough, clean and quiet. All amenities in place.

Things to improve:
-bed too soft, a guest with back problem could be in trouble
-breakfast buffet has a limited choice of cold cuts, cheeses and bread. Coffee awful. Though there is an egg and pancake station -I was astonished to see the waiters to prepare omelets and pancakes for themselves and bring them in an inner room for their private breakfast. There was no chef on the station and I saw guests wandering how can they order an omelette.

We stayed for a 3 days business trip in this hotel and our impressions are totally positive. Fairly priced (from a European perspective) we enjoyed a comfortbale room as well as bathroom, good breakfast and a central location with just a walk to the river and other interesting places and restaurants. We had quite nights and the personal speaks English very well. I recommend this hotel for a sleepover.
