We stayed in a regular glamping.
Pro
Each glamping have its own sink, bonfire pit, tables and chairs.
Plenty of socket
Strong water pressure in the sink and toilets
Toilets are near the glamping area
Plenty of parking space
Linens and sheets used in the tent is clean and in very good condition.
Bfast provided is ample
Staff is excellent! They respond to you immediately when you ice, bonfire wood, cleaning requests etc. and they are capable of resolving minor concerns right away ie ants crawling inside the tent, wrong charge on bfast...
Cons
Landscape in our glamping is not well maintained not cleaned properly there are trash from previous guests
Swimming pool need cleaning.

Family tour last Jan 25-26,2020. Place was Nice, staff were very helpful, polite and kind. You can bring your own food without extra charge ( corkage). You can grill. Food was Ok ( breakfast buffet) We rented big bahay kubo for day tour and transfer to 2 glass cottage in the evening, lots of activities to do.

I will make this short. Great service, nice amenities, helpful staff. What made me decide to not give it 5 stars. The rest rooms are clean, however, dangerously slippery when wet. Have to hold on to anything just to keep steady. Management should take a good look at this.

When staying in a hotel/resort, I am forgiving with many things but not with cleanliness. How can guests believe if disinfection was done if mere cleaning was poorly done? Very disappointed as I have been very eager to book here. With the current health situation, I found it timely given its proximity to nature and the cabins being distanced away from one another. The place has a lot of potential with proper maintenance. We stayed in the stilt glass cabin and I personally like the interior. However, pungent smell was very strong in the bathroom and the aircon filters really need to be cleaned. We also have a safety concern with the room, as door lock was broken. There was no way to communicate with front desk as staff was nowhere to be found. Front desk is quite far from where we were staying, about a 3-minute driving distance. Guests could have been properly informed on how to at least contact staff especially if there is an emergency. Resort claims that a butler will be at our disposal, but service was so poor. Breakfast was awful. How can one screw up corned beef?! This resort definitely needs major improvement.

Booked this place for a family get together, we were a total of 30 plus people. I booked the Container Cabin and 3 Glamping Tents. We will never go back to this place. First the place is not really senior citizen and disabled friendly. Their glamping tents are full of bugs and termites. The cabins are so far from the parking and then you have to carry all your luggages because the path to the cabin is not a cemented path. You can’t even pull your trolley’s on the path. It’s so hard to contact their reception areas. Their food is very expensive and very limited choices. Their floating restaurant charges 400 per head non-consumable. So if you eat at the floating restaurant you will be charged for the food you eat and 400 per pax. Also if you for someone who could help you carry your things they send you females. Not that the Ate’s can’t carry the heavy things but would be better if there were kuya’s who vould hep carry the heavy coolers. All in all it was not a fun experience. We were all tired from
carrying our things back and forth to the parking.

I will never go back here. They will only assist you upon booking and after they get your payment, you need to call them multiple times if you have a request and they will change or send the confirmation when you are frustrated or asked for a supervisor. The place is good but it's not worthy if the service is not good. The food in the resto is also good. But the pools and the ATVs are need an improvement.

Recently stayed at the glass treehouse (bfast included). I booked this for P15k to have a romantic time at the private jacuzzi however i wasnt informed that it is not really working well. helloooo!
No intercom or phone in room so I spent a lot of mobile calls to reach our butler who infairness was helpful. Would be better if they find more enthusiastic butlers. Food was good except the very very very salty eggplant omellete.
During an afterlunch intimate situation, we were very surprised to see other guests walking around our glass treehouse taking photos laughing chatting around our balcony...hoping they don't dare enter since we were not clothed.
Place has lot's of potential but needs to work on some things.

Booked for a prenup shoot on April 23. Booking and inclusions were not as discussed via phone. Upon arrival, we reported to Errol that Glass Villa #4's aircon unit can barely cool the entire place and their staff can't fix it. Not even an offer to transfer to a different villa even if they knew we were doing a shoot. My team had to stay outside because at least there's air even though it was still hot. Staff weren't helpful and courteous. Their ATV'S and Jetski are all rusty. Not worth the 10,000 we paid for. False advertising at it's best.

700 pesos per head for a day tour inclusive of use of infinity pool, kayak for 1 hour and use of floating pool and nipa hut. But the minumim should be at least 4 persons. Packages may vary depending on how many pax.
Its the glass villa , can accomodate 12-14 pax.. 24k overnight
Yes, actually cabins. The best are the floating glass cabins.
Yes. Perfect views and romantic settings. But just to be sure, make your photographer check the place as well.. after all, the photographer will create the mood for your shoot, and it has to be every bit of perfect..
