First, the hotel is not pet-friendly. The front desk didn't even go out of their way to find options where the pet could be left or any recommendations of hotels where the pet could stay. Let's say, for example, that this pet lover is getting married and their pet is VIP. The staff at the front desk is a little lacking in training on how to assist their guests. In other facilities, even though it is not available to them, they really make a way and do not neglect the guest. because for them, they also don't want to hassle the clients because they come for leisure and rest, not stress.--

We had to transfer from Chocolate and Berries to 8 Waves. The other hotel was too outdated and need to have serious attention. And we found 8 Waves, a nice and relaxing hotel, Staffs are very accommodating. Surely we will come back here.

Bedding is not comfortable, sleep is always disturbed over the 5 nights we stayed there from so many different noises. Pool was good although not fully functional during our stay. Wave pool only available on weekends. We were informed about this prior to booking. I would not stay here again considering lack of sleep & price we paid.

We stayed here as we were visiting family in local Bulacan. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised! The rooms were clean, the ACs worked without issue, and the breakfast was ample. I had an issue with water pressure one night and the staff promptly fixed it. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The property has a bonus if you have a family as the the attached water park is free for guests.

I had a chance to visit 8 Waves Waterpark & Hotel for the first time when my friend who's a resident of Bulacan brought me there with her daughter and another friend. Suprisingly, i had fun because the place is cool and clean. Kudos to the staffs who maintained there cleanliness. The place is Instagram friendly, there's a lot of spot where you can strike ur selfie and groupie pose. Definitely i will visit this place again next summer.

first, all the employees were friendly, the room was fine and very clean. kaya lang sana libre na ang mga cabanas around the pool area for those who are checked in....we had to pay extra for the cabanas and it was quite stiff...what used to be P800 is now P1000...hhhaaaayyy...

Got to this resort, and first thing we’ve noticed was the dirty waters on the pool. Then dirty and untidy bathrooms. The shower room is just concrete not tiles(which makes itlook more dirtier. Shower are either not working or have missing shower heads or constantly leaking. All the pavers and walkways are uneven showing no signs of proper maintenance. Smokers everywhere even though there is a big sign at the entrance showing designated smokers area. Worst thing we did is that we stayed for the day as the kids already wanted to have a swim so we had to stay for a couple of hours. We went home that night, then the following day, my 3year old kid started vomiting and was admitted to one of the hospitals in manila and to cut the long story short. She picked up bacteria in one of the swimming pools they swim on. Renovate the theme park and do what is right. Conduct a routine water treatment or pool cleaning. Its good for your business and good to your customers as well. We had the worst resort experience in our life. Will not advise anyone to come to this resort. Very poorly managed resort.

The resorts is expensive and with outdated facilities, the location is not very popular. There are many different types of hotels in the area that you may choose to stay. No convenience stores or any special items.

My family and I checked in on Saturday after our swim at a National Park. Checking was ok. Staff was really helpful unloading our stuff and bringing it to our room (A112). After dinner, we decided to have a swim even for a few minutes just to relax. The pool closes at 10pm so we went back to our room after swimming. On our way back to our room, I heard one of the staff whining he has to clean/mop again because we were wet and floor was not carpeted. In my mind, if cleaning is your job, then do not complain if there is more cleaning. Would I not enjoy myself swimming because staff would have more work? Next day, breakfast at the Pancake House was good. I loved their frothy coffee. Servers were exceptional. Check out time was a different story. We were a bit late in checking out but I made sure that used sheets and towels are already pulled from the bed and in a pile to help the housekeeper. My husband brought the keys to the front desk and front desk clerk (guy) said we have to wait for clearing. Meaning they have to check if all towels are accounted for. What he said was not very professional. We were judged as people who would steal towels in hotels. Worst treatment at the check out. We waited but was never told we were "cleared". I had to walk back to the front desk and ask. Worst treatment from a hotel staff.
