My wife and I stayed here for a week, it is literally right on the beach - the sea is fantastic. We had breakfast included and ate out at some of the enormous variety of restaurants in the evenings. On the first two days of our stay we were able to enjoy swimming in the sea but then the waves became larger and red flags appeared (apparently there is a nasty undertow). We walked further along the bay, about 2 kilometers to where the beach is protected by an island and were able to swim there as the sea is shallower there. We would stay at Margarita Beach again.

I’m not quite sure what I expected. But it turned out to be a quiet place in the borderline area between Agea Marina and Platanias. Great rooms - decide whether you would like sun in the morning or in the afternoon and ask for balconies that matches your needs. Ask for sea view as this great hotel is amazingly close to the beach. I believe that’s why the pool is only a pool. Enjoy your stay and the very friendly staff - oh and by the way.... this is the first time in my 30 years of traveling Greece I have met a bed with a top-madras. .... heaven can wait ;0))

Had a really great salad here, fast service and nice view as well! It was a good break from sitting on the beach and had a pleasant atmosphere for a quick bite! Waiters were attentive and the food came quickly and was delicious.

When the add says 50 meters - they aint lying. I had the joy of spending a week away with my mum - we decided for the all inclusive for the first time and we managed to try every single drinks on the menu a few times over. I would do it again, loved the idea of being this close to the ocean
