This resort is well maintained, clean and has cozy rooms. Very nice to unwind and just take a look at sunset and sunrise. Love our stay and definitely recommended. Nice staff, friendly and all accommodating.

My barkada and I stayed with Crystal Beach Resort for our friend's birthday celebration. The name speaks for the crystal-like water of the beach. The room has a water heater, fridge, aircon, and complete toiletries! You can also parked your car right next to your room. The place is impeccable, but what makes it special are the staff. Ben from Front Desk was really helpful and accommodating. We arrived at 12 PM and the room was already ready! Room attendants, servers, and lifeguard were also commendable! Surfing was great, especially for beginners like us! Just something to be improved: breakfast was too salty. Nonetheless, we still enjoy our short stay at Crystal Beach. We'll definitely come back!

staff was very accommodating, took care of us and suggested, explained options and had us choose which rooms we could get. airconditioned room t&b were very clean and had everything we'd need. now to the bad stuff. beach front was ok - and by that i mean the parts of the beach you could swim in, i understand were limited since some areas are only for surfing but the lifeguard very rude when he was calling out the people who were going beyond the allowed swimming areas. Food quality and prices were ok but the mini store and restaurant were not open 24/7 so if you were like us and didnt bring any food with you, your practically gonna starve to death at night(not even a place to buy bottled water). i seriously wish this place would fix that issue about the restaurant and stores inside the resort since we're really considering going back :)

Sharing with you our Zambales beach trip and requirements! 😊 November 27 to 29, 2021 (Saturday to Monday) 3 days and 2 nights @ Crystal Beach Resort 🏖🌲👙🕶️👒🌊🏄 Inquired on November 4 by emailing crystalbeachresort@gmail.com and was able to book a room for 3 pax (2 adults and 1 kid) on November 8. Since all standard king rooms were fully booked already, we got the deluxe double room for 3 pax with their November discount promo. From 7,200 per night to 5,271.50 per night only! They sent us the attached file via email for our confirmation voucher wherein all our reservation details were stated together with our Resort and New Normal Guidelines. Settlement is strictly upon check-in (no down payment needed). Kindly secure the following requirements needed by the Zambales Local Government Unit when traveling to the province: Please proceed to any DOH accredited testing center for your: RT PCR for Guests without complete vaccination Antigen Test for fully vaccinated guests *Please note that the test (extraction date) should be taken (24 hours Antigen) and (48 hrs for RT PCR) before your arrival to Zambales for this to be valid. *For Kids 3 yrs old to 17 yrs old: Traveling with parents or guardians with full Covid-19 Vaccination- Rapid Antigen test negative result (24 hrs Before arrival) Traveling with parents or guardians with no or partial Covid-19 Vaccination- RT-PCR negative result (48 hrs Before arrival) *Children 2 years old and below are not yet allowed to travel for leisure purposes (as per advice from DOH) IMPORTANT: TAKING OF RT-PCR TEST from the non-accredited center of DOH may be subject to the disapproval of your travel. Please visit visita.Zambales.gov.ph to create an account (individually) Once an account is created, you may now schedule your travel. Fill out the Personal Information and Health Declaration form, submit your RT-PCR results and booking confirmation voucher. Once submitted, a confirmation email with instructions will be sent through your email. Once travel is approved, you will receive your QTP in your email. If travel is rejected, resubmission of requirements or clarification may be required. BTW, Crystal Beach Resort has updated its travel requirements starting November 29. This is the link on their page for the updated one: https://www.facebook.com/126722494114014/posts/4483690058417214/ We stayed at "ABIGAIL 1" and our place is spacious, fully airconditioned with 2 double beds, a private bathroom w/ hot & cold shower, towels & toiletries, and a mini ref. We have our table & chair on our veranda and a rocking chair too! (See video and pictures below) Our veranda view is also beautiful! The resort itself is really big and peaceful. You can bring your pets too! There are camping areas, free usage of cabanas near the beach shore, lots of other villas and huts for other guests. The good thing is it's not crowded as they only have a limit of guests that they can accommodate per day. So it's safe and there is a lot of space for social distancing. There are also local stores near the resort's entrance where you can buy chips or ice etc.. Staff were really nice too! The only downside of our stay there was somebody got inside our room on our 2nd day and stole our BRAVEN BALANCE SPEAKER which we left under the tv. We are not sure who stole it but who would have access to our room?! We are sure that we locked it when we went to the Pavillion for our breakfast around 8:30 am and then went to the beach around 10 am. We got back to our room around 11:30 am (the door was locked) and that's when we noticed it's missing. We went to the receptionist to report the incident and the only thing they told us when we checked out, was that nobody surrendered the item to them. They don't have CCTVs near our room so we don't know what happened. They also don't have a telephone inside the rooms so you have to go to the reception area to request extra towels or doormats or refill your water jugs/bottles. They also don't have wifi and the mobile data signal in our area is bad too. So I suggest you bring your big water bottles, download songs from Spotify, and never leave any valuable stuff inside the room! And connect with nature! 🌿🍂 My son enjoyed the sand and the big waves! Still, Thank you Crystal beach resort for our wonderful stay :)

What made us come back here? The pleasantness of staff and the kind of vacation that we want to experience again. We booked for two nights, but because of a sudden death in the family, we had to move our booking into a much later schedule. We re-booked less than two days before our intended vacation date, and we expected that the resort would charge us for late re-booking. But you know what? They didn't. They were very sympathetic with us (which touched our hearts, we needed that.). We communicated thru email and they were really responsive. They even called us to finalize the booking. Although a bit of problem in our room assignment happened (which we think happened because of our re-booking, I totally understand that), we were lucky to be accommodated properly. They even assigned us to a bigger room for the original price we booked (no extra charge). We were shy to accept 'cause it was a busy weekend and lot of guests arrived, but still they gave up a bigger room to give us proper accommodation (another touching act for us). Sunset is still the best view there; romantic and relaxing. Best time to take pictures is in the morning; lighting from the sun is perfect. Waves are perfect for surfing beginners. Free huts with hammocks were available too. We stayed there for to read books while sunbathing and playing reggae music. Ahh, the kind of relaxation I want. There are also other facilities you could use to pass time; beach volleyball, table tennis, billiards, surfing, kayaking, massage, henna tattoo. Wifi is great too. I have to emphasize the cleanliness and well-maintained shower and toilet areas all over the resort. Water supply was excellent. Tissue and paper towels were always available. Soap and sanitizers too. Shampoos were available in shower areas (soaps, toothbrush/paste in rooms). They really anticipated what the guests need, even allotted make-up area (can also be used for diaper changing area too). Oh, and they also now offer land transfer (van) from the resort to Manila for 400pesos, which is really convenient for commuters. Overall, still a highly recommended resort you can stay in for summer. A must-visit place near Manila. Definitely coming back.

My boyfriend and I availed their 2D1N promo package which was 1999/head. Inclusions: Camping tent for two w/ comforter, roundtrip van transfer, buffet breakfast. resort entrance fee & registration and toiletries. You can upgrade from tents to surfshacks or rooms, but all the rooms were fully booked at that time so we settled on the tent instead. The resort is a beauty! clean and refreshing. waves are a bit strong and naturally good for surfing. Zambaleños are also warm-hearted and strict when it comes to littering, which is actually good cos' you can see how they value the nature. The foods in the Clubhouse are a bit pricey, you might want to check out the food stalls outside the resort, budget-friendly and foods are more tasty. (for me lol. Tapsilog and grilled is life!). There was also an acoustic sesh at night, bonfire and stargazing, everything was dreamy! Overall experience, this would be one of our unforgettable valentines celebration together.

Went for a trip which is just a few hours away from Manila to celebrate. Amazed on how well maintained the property and on how the associates welcome and interact to guests and visitors. Our accommodation was satisfactory, the restaurant serves good food with generous serving and the beach was great whether you wish to surf, paddle board or kayak etc. Everything was great but they missed on something, we all know checkout time is at 12NN and we’re already preparing to pack and take a shower, I just can’t understand how they missed and give less importance to water supply for their toilets and shower for the use of their guests. This is a basic task and a big shortcoming for the operations team and management, this threw the whole experience from a 10 to nothing. Routine task, basic necessity, just missed out. Of all the guests that I was at that very same time, at the common shower area, complaining with the same sentiment, I am just that one person who voiced out. I was just darn disappointed on how one thing changed my stay.

Yuck! What's up with the "1 plate per person" at your breakfast buffet. I was asked to bring my used plate for second serving. No class at all! They won't give you another plate for salads. I was told to use a small plate for cups even when I asked for a mid-size plate.
