I was welcomed by a very profesional staff at reception. Check in was very quick and well detailed. Rooms are big and spacious and very comfortable with free bottle of water in the room Shower with bathtub and normal shower and big. Very quiet in the surroundings with a large parking. Great breakfasts service with plenty of food Lovely staff and so so profesional, this makes a big difference to feel welcomed as a guest. 10/10

Pros: 1. Jovial and energetic Staff. 2. Mouth Watering Food (Breakfast, Dinner) 3. Free Massage (On Massaging chairs) 4. Separate area with light music for relaxing and enjoying your drink in the evening. 5. A small pool for enjoying with friends and family. 6. Amazing rooms with good mattress and pillows. 7. Bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs and bidet. Cons: 1. Don't find even a single one in two nights stay. In those 2 days, I never felt I was staying in the hotel with strangers. it was like spending 2 days with my another family in Italy.

The hotel was nice, clean and with rooms very confortable and big bathrooms with shower and bathtub. When we arrived Francesco, the owner offered us a welcome drink and he really make us feel like home. The breakfast had a lot of choices, fresh juices and very good gym, pool and spa facilities. Wifi in the room was very good. Francesco give us some tips about the places around like- Montalcino, Montepulciano and Pienza- a must see! This hotel is amazing and the staff is just great! Thank you guys for make us feel so good.
