I may say that the location is quite nice and accessible. The room is clean.Affordable for the travelers that need to tie the budget.Good point is that there's a lot of restaurant and affordable food stall nearby. They say that there's a buffet breakfast from 7am to 9am.But when we came at 8am, food buffet table is emptied and according to the receptionist on duty its none refillable so we just ate 2 hardboiled egg and requested for coffee. Bring your own tooth care kit since the only set up at the room were 2 bath soaps and small bottle of shampoo.

I usually stay in this place when i do field work in santiago because its always available.. The rooms are okay but the CR needs a little more cleaning and maintenance. It has an eat all you can breakfast with a limited selection (good coffee from their farm btw). As for the price i give it a 3 out of 5. Parking is also limited so be sure to come early. I would not recommend it but if you dont have an hotel to stay this would do (most of the hotels in santiago are always fully booked).

Dirty hotel. Dirty room. Dirty mini bar. No towel. Disconnected phone. Noisy banging door by the corridor. Misplaced air conditioning unit. Terrible breakfast. Dirty sheets. Definitely not recommended. I had to move to another room to be able to sleep

The room is clean, bed is comfortable. accessible to town, Buffet is wonderful. And the hotel has ELEVATOR in comparison to European hotels. The staff are polite and speak English. You can order McDonald and can be delivered right away.
