My boyfriend and I stayed in this resort last March 2023, and we were very satisfied during our stay. After booking one of their deluxe room for two nights only, I've decided to book one night extension just so we could experience one of their premium rooms also. It was his first time flying to Coron because I've been here ever since for work purposes. Upon check-in, I was informed that we were upgraded to their premium room and that made us both so happy! I didn't ask for it, but they were so kind to give us the upgrade. The room was super nice and spacious. I loved the view of the sunset from our balcony! They even granted one of my request to put a slice of chocolate cake in the room because my boyfriend didn't get the chance to celebrate his birthday a few months ago. Staff were busy in the morning. Housekeeping also cleaned our room well and refilled everything from bottled water to bathroom amenities and towels. The location was convenient for us as it's along the main road, and we got ourselves a car rental during our stay so we can go out and come back anytime we want. Their swimming pool is huge! I don't know, but it felt huge because we were running and swimming from one pool to another like kids during our second night at the resort :D. What caught my boyfriend's attention was the Cockatoo by the entrance. We'd always stop by to say hello to the little fella. Overall it was a nice experience for us. See you next time!

This is a hotel that have seen its best days…. It is old. I had booked 3 rooms and the hotel recommended a room at the lowest floor. 2 of 3 rooms smelled so much of mold that I demanded room change of these two room. Next I go to the bar and asked for some snack…. Canned mushrooms, cheese stick was recommended together with Calamari. The calamari was good… Canned mushroom and cheese sticks, will not be ordered again!

Last hotel in Philippines during our vacation and the worst experience. The room smells very bad, moldy and you feel sick when you are in. Looking forward to go outside to fresh air. The room has ants and the floor is very very dirty , when you walk barefoot. We asked to clean the floor with fresh water and when we came back after our morning tour the floor was again dirty. Also,we asked for room slippers and they don’t provide. Last but not least, the face towel had blue stains, not clean.

The first night when I arrived I was given a portable bed that was literally rock hart. My back hurt all day and at that point I could have just slept on the floor cause there was no difference. The tv in the room is in such bad quality that if you would want to watch what was happening you would almost need to sit right in front of the tv. The food in this hotel is on an other level of disgusting. The buffet seemed okay except that is was constantly open and that guest’s were coughing all over the food…So it was really not sanitary. The lunch here is so terrible. We ordered a Mac and cheese and by just taking one bite we all had to spit it out because it was SWEET!!!! The Caesar salad had no flavor whatsoever and instead of normal croutons there was instead plain chopped up white bread. The waitresses here don’t speak good English so it’s hard to communicate. To summarize this hotel all I have to say is that it doesn’t deserve three stars and this place was a huge disappointment. The pool was very nice though.

Hotelrooms and pools are OK. It is clean. The food is below average. Very limited menu. When we tried to order lunch, they were out of so many things so there was few things left to order…even out of mango - every fruit stand in town has mango. Breakfast buffe was scary…everything out in the open and people running around coughing. As if covid had never existed. We expected more from this hotel.

Coron Westown resort is great. We got there with the resort shuttle, we request it not free(optional for you to request, but I think it's a must). We check-in in a premium room with balcony, also near pool side, resort bar and resto. We stayed for 3 days. So hassle-free. So many aminities-Free wifi, breakfast, parking, coffee and everyday they clean, pool, pool seats, playground if you have kids, gym, and live band by the bar every night. Consume or not, you have new bottled water everyday in your room. They have affiliated travel tour agency. You can easily book your tour or change your plans in tour packages. 👍🏼

Coron Westown Resort is easily one of the best places we've stayed recently. I truly didn't want to go back home. The room is large, well decorated and spotlessly clean. The entire resort is spotless, and I see everything. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is a bit out of town, which I see some people complaining about, but I thought the location is PERFECT! It's quieter, cleaner and much more peaceful than anything in the town, yet if you want to go there, it's less than $1.US per person for a tricycle ride. The pools are beautiful, well maintained and very clean. That's something you don't always find here in PH. The restaurant also was excellent. We had no interest in looking for someplace else. The breakfast buffet was great, the food always available with a good variety. They even had an omelet and waffle station making them fresh for you. Lunch and dinner were excellent as well. We were there for a number of days so we tried lots of different things and everything was great. This was easily one of my favorite places that we have stayed and I look forward to our next visit.

Let’s start with check In Experience . Family rooms booked for 3 nights , on check in they explain that they have graciously upgraded us to two seperate rooms . We did not want two rooms as we have booked months ago . It was explained that the family room side has flooding and the sitcoms don’t work so we have to have the two rooms . After complaining again , the then said the rooms will be ok tomorrow and we can move . We confirmed that there will be no more floods or aircon breakdowns . Yes the confirm . The day after we move and yes there is an aircon breakdown , not reported to maintenance we learn as there were other families in the rooms . Simple message here is do Not lie. If it was explained they are double booked and we will get the rooms tomorrow that would have been easier to digest. Stress stress on booking in and souring the first impresssions . Not helped by a team on the front desk that are happy to argue with the guests and tell them that we are wrong and they are right . As for the rest of the hotel , decent pools and decor , good sized rooms and a more quality feel than most hotels on the area . The food was reasonably priced and drinks also , given that it’s a captive hotel meaning nothing for miles . Without the staff I would ghee this a 4 out of 5 but attitude is everything and a 2 stands Family room shown below
