Had a good time at the Balaibinda lodge. Its close to the diving Boat Port where we got picked up to go diving every morning. Also right next to the main street. Everyday breakfast was always on time and ok for the nights i was there. Would go there again.

We stayed here for two nights as we wanted to stay centrally for our coron trip. Group of 5.

Location- very good. right in the middle of town proper! Plenty of tricycles about to take you to and from places. Also, the port where boats will take you for island hopping is only five minutes away by tricycle. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby!

Room-for group of 5, we had 5 single beds and breakfast with hot and cold drinks included. Breakfast was adequate for the price and must be pre-ordered the night before.

Amenities- no pool. They have rooftop hanging out area though we never used it.

Budget lodging if you want to stay in town proper. Do not expect luxury. It is a budget friendly lodge.

Staff- accommodating. We had issues with our sink nearly coming off the wall and they sorted this straight away.

I would recommend staying here for first few nights of your trip then book for a slightly more luxurious hotel at the end of your trip for a more relaxing stay

Great place to stay in Coron.

Very near to all the places that you need.
Hotel staff ia very accommodating, friendly and always greets you with a smile.
They are also very knowledgeable with the places that you can visit in Coron.
The room that we got was good for the price (we have stayed in superior room 5), has 1 queen size bed and 3 single beds, great for a small family or group. Only concern on the room was the toilet, since the room can accommodate upto 5-6 persons, 1 bathroom is not enough.
The room that we got was not near the busy street side, so it's very peaceful and quiet during our stay.

If you want to get a tan but dont want to go to the beach... you can just sunbathe at the top floor of the lodge.

There's also a Zagu at the front of the lodge which is very convinient if you want something cold to drink!!!

Balaibinda is ideal for people who are on a budget, who wants to see the whole town proper without spending much on paying for tricycle to go around the area, who likes to be at the center and who wants to be treated with great amenities for less. The hotel is strategically located a few meters from the wharf where all the boats were docked for island-hopping tours and walking distance from a variety restaurants, pastry shops, souvenir stores, the famous Mt Tapyas where you can see the big cross on the top of it, the town's San Agustin Parish Church and a 25 minutes tricycle ride to the famous saltwater Maquinit Hot Spring. We got the Roadside Queen room facing the street for one of our Honeymoon stopovers and had free breakfast included in our booking. Initially, we thought the room facing the street would be noisy according to some reviews but they're not. Upon check-in, the receptionist will ask you what type of breakfast you'd like and will also offer a flexible time for you to have your breakfast ready. The room that we got was small as expected but since we won't be staying all day in the hotel, for its price it was already good. During breakfast time, the staff was even nice enough to come to our room to remind us of it which we really appreciated.

Shuttle service is not free but it can be arranged with the hotel for a minimal fee.

Everything was really perfect except for the not-so-friendly approach of the female receptionist that was on duty during our check-in, though the other staff was kind enough to give us complimentary welcome drinks to make us feel welcome. They could probably improve on that but overall, our whole stay was worth it! We'll definitely come back for sure and would definitely recommend the place to our friends!

It is a bit expensive if you are travelling on a budget. Room are very clean, Wi-Fi is working very well and A/C too. The only bad thing is if your room is on the street you couldn't sleep very well for the noisy from the street.
Breakfast was good and simple.

One of the highly rated and well reviewed places in coron town, it's understandable because of the affordable prices on their rooms. This is one of their main selling points, good rates. The location is also excellent, super central to town and close to the boardwalk. With the great location though is the problem I had was the noise from the motorcycles in my room coming from all the activity and traffic outside, it kept waking me up in the early mornings. Aircon small but got the job done, mattress wasn't so good and room generally very tiny but no complains on the room itself for this price. Average place, reviews were too kind to this place.

The hotel is very centrally located right in the middle of town. 10-15 mins tricycle ride to nice restaurants and 10-15 mins walk to good restaurants and the 750+ steps Mount Tapyas. Also 10 mins tricycle ride to the pier where all excursion activities start. The hotel is clean and right sized for our family of 3. Airport hotel transfers and good breakfast selection was part of the package.

This place is in a decent location and the courtyard is nice. If you get a room here, definitely take the courtyard over the road option.

Breakfast and wifi here are both on the budget side of things.

We made an error in our booking, but when attempting to correct it, the manager wouldn't even talk to us. Not even on the phone. Instead they kept using an intermediary which was a frustrating experience. Especially when it seemed they didn't know their policies.

This is a great central place to stay. Very close to the public market and the waterfront where most boat tours leave from.

The room is basic but comfy. Breakfast is decent with a choice of phillipino or western breakfasts. They only serve water or coffee though.

I would highly recommend the tour the offer around coron island but I was very disappointed with the firefly tour and the coron city tour. If your looking to do tours there are many many tour services which you can book on the day.

Friendly staff in a great location. They take your breakfast order the day before and you have a selection from western/Chinese/filo foods.

There were 5 of us staying in one room so for us, it was good value for money.
