The restaurant is not as packed as the other, but it serves high-quality cuisine and has excellent customer service. It is also suitable for large families or groups of friends due to its spaciousness. The warm and inviting ambiance of this restaurant was what we liked best about it. The decor was elegantly done, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The meal was also served hot and freshly prepared, which added to the enjoyment of the meal.

The restaurant also had a good selection of foods. The food was a hit with everyone. The food is delicious, and the flavor of the dishes is nicely balanced. Some of it was Ricardo's pizza and seafood chowder, which are noteworthy for their flavor and texture.. Additionally, the exquisite dinner plating is superb.

The hotel is new and very nice, 15 minutes walk to the town centre. Hotel is outside of the noisy busy town centre so it was peaceful at nite and during day time if you were relaxing at the pool.

I have given 4 because of the service at breakfast. I noticed for 3 days at breakfast that you or other guests had to point out to the staff to refill. Fruits, milk, coffee, jams, some of the hot food were constantly running out and had to be pointed out by guests to refill. Mainly the rush time is around 7:30-8:00 as people are going on excursions. After 8:30 hardly anything gets refilled. On my 3rd day I had to speak to manager as I only had toast and pancake to eat. I took him around pointing nearly 75% of stuff empty. Being vegetarian there is only one veg option. On the day it was roasted potatoes and the manager pointed out to me the potato option and told him come with me and I opened the lead to show him that there wasn't a single potato there. Forget to mention that none of the yogurts and cakes get refilled after the 1st lot have gone. Also on my second day I picked a banana from the bar and was told rudely by staff that it's only for display and if you want a banana you have to pay for it.... Really .... 🤬🫣, I've paid nearly £12 for my breakfast and eating toast and pancake & pay for banana.

Don't get me wrong, hotel is excellent but the management of the restaurant should be improved BIG TIME to make this hotel top of the hotel list.

My recent stay at Venus Royale Hotel was a perfect blend of luxury and convenience, just minutes away from downtown. The strategic location added an extra layer of appeal to an already exceptional experience.

From the stylish lobby to the well-appointed room, Venus Royale Hotel exceeded my expectations. The proximity to downtown made exploring the city effortlessly convenient, allowing me to immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere with ease.

One aspect that truly stood out was the bed. As someone who is very choosy about bedding, I was delighted to find that the bed at Venus Royale Hotel matched the comfort of those in five-star establishments. It provided a haven of relaxation, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The staff's warmth and attention to detail remained consistent throughout my stay, creating a welcoming environment. The modern amenities in the room ensured both comfort and a touch of indulgence.

Dining at Venus Royale continued to impress, with the breakfast buffet offering a delightful array of choices. The convenience of being close to downtown did not compromise the tranquility of the hotel, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of urban exploration.

For those seeking a hotel that seamlessly combines luxury with accessibility, Venus Royale Hotel is the perfect choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers, and I look forward to returning to this oasis just minutes from downtown on my next visit!

Pool is nice, staff are friendly and the style is really modern and new. They also rent scooters directly which is really helpful. The one star I give is because the staff try so hard.

Unfortunately, we could not sleep, ground floor room. Drunk guests every night making noise until 3am. In our last night guests were having a party inside the building. Motorbikes going by throughout the night. Electricity went out one night and it felt like the backup generator was in our room. On the last night, we slept for about 2 hours. It’s as if the walls are made out of lasagne sheets and the windows gelatine.

Weird smells. The whole ground floor stinks of sewerage. Also our room had a strange smell on check in as if it had been cleaned with a really dirty mop.

There’s plenty of variety at breakfast, but the food is quite bland. My favourite thing was toast.

As the staff were so nice, I feel sorry to be so negative but this is the worst nice hotel I have ever stayed in.

Finally watch for the volume of 1 review accounts here.

My experience at the VR did not start out auspiciously, as I was greeted with a big cockroach when entering the bathroom for the first time (see pic 2). However, the rest of the stay, given the price point and remote location - was excellent. The upgraded room they gave me was very comfortable (see pic 1), breakfast was good for the price, and service was very good (scheduled a van to the airport with a 30 second call to the front desk). And that was the only bug I saw. It is about 1.4km (1 mile) from town, and trikes will overcharge foreigners for going back and forth (the actual price is 30 pesos, as the front desk will tell you), but it's only a 10-15 minute walk. If you get hungry, grab goodies from the bakery next door, or walk 5 minutes to the shiny new jungle McDonalds.

The hotel itself is superb, from the outside lights to the pool and dining. The lights are so luxurious, with an elegant pool and romantic dining setup. The food is tasty and appetizing. Their fuitshake is mouth-watering with its big size glass, perfect for its price. Their pizza is excellent too. Love dining especially with a band serenading us couples.
Will definitely come back.

"Wow, this new hotel is a true gem! From the elegant decor to the impeccable service, the staff very friendly most of all the front desk officer they assist all the time. And for the room it's a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. "The breakfast at this hotel was simply delicious! The variety of options, from fresh fruit to hot, made-to-order dishes, left me spoiled for choice. The quality and presentation of the food were top-notch, and the attentive staff made the experience even more enjoyable. A great way to start the day!

I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay."

I must admit that our stay at this establishment did not go as planned. Several points were sources of disappointment.

First, the rooms were smaller than we expected. In addition, the patio door handle that fell off when used and the visible mold on the shower ceiling detracted from our comfort. Not to mention the ants encountered around the breakfast buffet...

In terms of food, we found the cuisine, both dinner and breakfast, quite bland and expensive compared to what we experienced in other establishments in the Philippines.

While we requested a bed for a child three months in advance, we were surprised to find, upon our arrival at 6 pm, that it had not yet been installed.

One detail that sums up our overall feeling: the presence of fake books in the lobby. Everything seems to be placed on appearances at the expense of attention to detail and any real content.

It is true that the staff were kind and did their best. However, we question the level of management of this structure.

As a consequence, even if we had paid for several nights we left the hotel after just one night to enjoy a far better experience elsewhere

Located about 25 mins from the Airport. It's in the city centre .

The staff is very friendly, bike rentals easy to get and also they assist you with the choices fo various activities in and around

Swimming pool available in the property

Rooms are spacious , we had taken the suite room as it was my wife's Bday.
Spacious & Neat comes with a tub

The rooms are Over looking the pool.
Our crib came with a projector too.

Only things being a Vegetarian found it a bit difficult. But they made some things outside of the menu for us
The topmost floor has a terrace and they serve food there. Day 1 it had a bit of a smell but nothing frantic
Overall great experience
Highly recommend
