I especially appreciate their transport service - JM Van Transport - from airport to hotel & vice versa. The van was clean and the drive was fast yet safe. They even accomodated us last min when we needed transport to airport. That made my family felt very secured.

Location: Has a lovely view of the mountains and sea right in front. Beautiful spacious and clean property. If about a 5min ride into the main town - and tricycles available in plenty at standard rate. Room: Spacious, clean with all the usual amenities provided. Breakfast buffet: Very large spread compared to what one usually finds in these island resorts in Philippines - a mix of local and western options and wide variety of fruits, pastries, etc and the expected egg station. Pool: Two pools and a jacuzzi - open till late and never crowded during my time there. Restaurant: Has a reasonable selection if looking to eat at the resort, prices would be higher compared to in town restaurants. Staff: Polite, helpful and always available to provide suggestions. Gym: A basic gym with sufficient equipment to get a reasonable workout (can get limited if there are 2-3 people working out at the same time). Spa: Expensive and not really the proper massages if you are used to Thailand. Tried the deep tissue massage but ended up just being a light body rub.

It's probably one of the nicest hotels in Coron town, however some basic needs aren't met. We needed boarding cards printed for a flight and the evening staff around 830pm couldn't or wouldn't do this, saying that only reservations had access to the hotel email. We were then directed to the PC and printer in the lobby, which did not work, neither the concierge or reception were able to sort, so we left very frustrated at the lack of help. Getting a hotel to print a boarding card is an everyday basic requirement, which should not be time limited! The rooms are nice and big, bed very comfortable, towels old, air con has no remote, so if too cold or warm in night you have to get out of bed! Swimming pool is lovely, however there are no shades for sun loungers, so be careful of getting burnt. Breakfast is varied and pretty good, staff at breakfast are very helpful. Though be warned if you are out on an early daytrip, you can struggle to get a table. Lots of tiles and everything is chargeable! Scenery is nice and you can easily walk into town, takes about 15 minutes. Just frustrated by lack of help in printing a boarding card.

We stayed at Zuri Resort for 3 nights as a group of 5 couples visiting Coron together. We were all very happy with our stay. The shuttle from Francisco B Reyes Airport was easy to book and very convenient. The views over Coron Harbour are stunning, especially in the early morning with the sun shining over the hills. The rooms have comfortable furniture and tasteful decorations, and they provide a lot of amenities, including bathrobes and toiletries! The service is also friendly and easy to communicate with even if you don't speak Tagalog. The included breakfast is delicious and has soooo many options. We also liked that they have free towel loans for the pool and beach. It's a slightly further walk from Coron town but there are tricycles/tuktuk drivers that hang out near the front entrance at all times of the morning through evening - they're friendly and easy to deal with. Some of our favourite memories at Zuri are from soaking in the infinity pools out back after dark - the water is a perfect temperature and the lights from the hotel and in the pools give such a lovely ambiance. And they're open late! One drawback is that the bar/shop/restaurant close a little earlier than I thought. Also, the price is a little on the expensive side compared to other hotel/resorts but with all the attention to detail I don't mind. I cannot recommend Zuri enough and every time I return to Coron I will be staying there.

Nice enough , but attention to detail at this hotel isn’t great. TV is a terrible picture, the floors in the rooms are extremely slippery when wet, tiles in the pool area are loose and a bit dangerous, outside vent to air con is situated so you can bang your head while drying your towels (which I did) breakfast is not great unless you like an omelette and a few slices of rock hard streaky bacon. Toilet rolls seem to be on rationing. Staff are nice, room is pleasant enough, worth a few nights stay , but no longer. Also drinks are incredibly expensive at the pool bar, why won’t these hotels learn that if you reduce costs and give customers value for money they are more likely to spend a lot more and leave great reviews.

My husband and I had a nice stay at this lovely hotel with my family. We had one room for couple and a family room to accommodate 4 ppl in my family. The beds were quite comfy and the staff are very friendly and helpful with our tour needs. The view from our balcony in overlooks the sea and pool which was nice. Also it comes with free breakfast & bottled water at the reception, Breakfast was super delicious. Also shout out to the valet or bellmen who helped my dad when he tripped & fell to the floor, the valet brought my dad right away an ice to help ease his bruises. He was really concerned of my dad’s fall. Thank you Zuri staff for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

We booked three rooms for 2 days under name of Purva Baheti from 26th Dec to 28th Dec, i would definitely give it 2 stars rating, as when we arrived we had birthday of our frnd and asked for any special celebration, the reception asked nothing special is available as such but can send a slice of cake, which we didn’t receive at all and then at the restaurant we ordered fried rice and clearly mentioned twice to the waitress Shara that we don’t want any meat in it, but they served with prawns in it, which my friend is allergic to and he fell sick and vomited 3-4 times.

Don’t come here with high expectations.. or any expectations. Rooms are clean enough if that is all you need. However, the beds and pillows are as hard as rocks. The food is terrible. Breakfast buffet is mediocre at best compared to other breakfast buffets in the Philippines. The brewed coffee tastes like mud water and if you want anything else it is an upcharge. There are no coffeemakers or coffee available in the rooms, just tea bags and a kettle. Free bottled water is limited to 2 bottles per room per day. I would definitely skip this place next time. Did I mention the 4 blackouts within one hour despite there being no storm?

I liked this hotel, but there are areas where it can improve. Pros: - close to the city center - very spacious rooms and so stylish - good food choices - decent pools - excellent staff Cons: - view disrupted by a reclamation project - the jacuzzi did not heat up, not even once - food is quite expensive I will certainly keep this hotel in mind for our next Coron trip.
