I had stayed in Sunz en Coron a few years ago with friends and this year with my family. Both times have been an enjoyable stay which deserves more than a 5star rating! As a person who worked at customer service for more than 10years, theirs' is simply superb! My family have been gushing on our stay and experience that added to their fun and enjoyment of Palawan! Very nice ambience & well-sanitized place. We're greeted with warm welcome and we're given fresh mango juice/shake. All staffs were pleasant & very accommodating. An order of food was good for sharing and delicious. Will book again next time.

We stayed in Sunz en Coran for 5 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful and it was nice as they kindly gave us an upgrade upon arrival. There is a hotel tricycle that takes you in to town for free which was a really great benefit. The walk to town is around 10-15 minutes, and no other hotel we found provided this service. The room was fairly basic but clean, and the linen and towels provided were clean. The staff also gave us pool towels to take on our day trips out. There was also an area outside the room to hang wet bathing suits which was helpful. It was really nice to have a kettle and fridge in the room as well as a safe and a TV. We also had a fan and an air conditioning unit. The only things we struggled with were the toilet under the shower - we had to make sure that the toilet paper and waste bin were removed before showering and whilst there was a table and a metal bar with some hangers, it would have been great to have had some drawers or a wardrobe to store our clothing as we were there for 5 days and our clothes were piled on the table. The accommodation was good value for money and included breakfast. There is a nice pool with loungers and umbrellas and some nice bamboo seating areas with shade which we saw other people using. We liked the fact that this accommodation was really quiet as there are only a few rooms. We had lunch here once, and the food was good and quite reasonably priced. You could also order drinks such as beer/ wine and soft drinks. I had an issue with my suitcase wheel which got damaged at the airport, and JoJo who worked in the hotel helped to fix it for me which was much appreciated and really kind of him. Sunz En Coron Resort exceeded our expectations. We stayed for 3 nights & were impressed by the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff. Although the rooms are small and the bathroom basic it was very clean & shampoo & soap are provided. Food service was a little slow so make sure you go to breakfast early if you are taking a boat trip - these can be booked at the hotel reception. The swimming pool was clean & the shaded cabanas are a nice touch in the lovely garden area. Free Trike service into the centre - just a little too far to walk in the heat. Overall, excellent value in Coron Town.

We booked a family room in this hotel for 3 nights and the experience was nothing short of brilliant. The property looks way better in actual as compared to the pictures. It has a laid-back atmosphere partly because it only has around 20 rooms in total. This gives the feeling of exclusivity compared to voluminius hotel where there is crowd everywhere. The staff was very accommodating to our needs and even had the initiative to offer beach towels in case we had excursions for that day. We found this gesture very thoughtful and truly made our stay extra special. The resort is not the fanciest around but it has the basic amenities to keep you entertained. This does not include their slow wifi though hehe. The swimming pool is also much bigger than it looks on pictures. The rooms have a classic probinsya style design which is decent. The aircon also works well with a ceiling fan to complement it. Hot and cold shower was also a hit. The food at the restaurant was great especially the spicy korean noodles with egg. The only minor disadvantage of this hotel is its location. It's a 10-minute tricycle ride to the town proper. We were supposed to spend 3days in this hotel. Unfortunately, a month before our stay, the Philippines closed their borders because of the coronavirus. We were unable to go to the Philippines and therefore to this hotel. We immediately contacted the hotel to explain the situation and to request a refund/voucher. The manager asked us for proof of cancellation of our flights,which we provided. Since that day,we have had no news from them. I tried to contact them several times by email as well as by phone but I didn't get a response The cancellation or rebooking should and MUST apply when things as exceptional as a pandemic happen. It is NOT OUR FAULT that we were unable to stay at your hotel. I understand that you can't refund all your customers but you can AT LEAST give us a voucher (like others hotels have !) You haven't been understanding with your customers and that is why I DON'T recommend you I will not be staying at your hotel next year when i go on my honeymoon to Coron !…

We had a family gathering in Coron since our various family members are beginning there. We booked in Sunz En Coron Resort for a medium-term and for us to utilize their brilliant room. We had an astonishing time most magnificently that we could bond with our family members that we a huge piece of the time see, just once dependably when we visit Philippines. The rooms that we had were wide, can suit as all and has the things that we required amidst our remain. Persuading and clean. A devotion of gratefulness is all together to make our stay essential.

Do not book in this hotel. I am sharing what happened to me in my 3d&2n stay in Sunz en Coron. On the first day when we checked-in, the process was smooth and we were even given welcome drinks. The guard and staff were polite. On my second day, while having breakfast, the waiter of their restaurant accidentally poured this whole cup of super super hot coffee on me. It was very painful! Imagine being poured with very hot water! I was shocked with what happened then cried because I was starting to feel the pain of the hot coffee that got poured on my right arm, right side of stomach, and right thigh. We just asked for ice and they gave us aloe vera lotion to soothe the pain. I think they did not inform the management of what happened since I didn't hear anything from them. We also weren't able to report it anymore since we will be leaving for our island hopping tour any minute after our breakfast. I didn't want that experience to ruin my tour. I just expected that they will offer any compensation with what happened after that and I think it should be the job of the offender to report what he did. On the third day, when we were about to leave the hotel and hop on the airport transfer that we asked for the reception staff to arrange for us the night before, we were told that they can only accommodate 1 more person in the van. But there are two of us. We requested it at the reception the night before and ensured that we will be picked-up the next day. We didn't expect that only 1 of us will be accommodated. So the solution of the hotel and the airport transfer driver was to squeeze the two of us in one seat which was very very unfair just because I am small. It was their fault, why do we need to be the one to adjust because of their shortcomings? Other things that we didn't like are no mobile signal, slow and sometimes unavailable wifi signal, and it was hard to catch a ride that will bring you to the town if their trike is not available. I am really disappointed with what happened to me in this hotel, it was because of them that I didn't fully enjoy my stay in Coron. Sadly it was my first time there.…

Made a reservation online and paid the booking in advance for Nov 2-4, semi de luxe room. When we arrived and entered the room, a strong foul odor welcomed us 😷 the smell of the whole room is like a bathroom 🤮 we could not stand it, we decided to transfer to another hotel but they won’t refund us.
