We stayed here for 4 days and we had a great experience. Staff were accommodating and very friendly! The atmosphere and vibe was very relaxing and laid back, we got breakfast included when we booked the hotel. The breakfast is good with a lot of variety and choices, they do change it up a little bit everyday. They had the scrambled eggs at the buffet station but you can ask the staff if you want your eggs done differently and for pancakes as well. We were very happy with our stay there, would visit again!

Excellent hotel and staff is very friendly easy to get around the area. Boat rides are easy to set up and island hopping is a must if you want to see the true beauty of the surronding islands. Recommend a plane vs the ferry ride is much longer

We really liked this place, so well done, wonderful colors. They have renamed it to Ruhes Suites now, but still a great place. Breakfast was included and delicious. I would stay here again. Very close to the McDonalds.

Difficult review. The room was clean and well taken care of but the closets in my apt are bigger than the room. I physically did not fit. They have a Greek theme but other than climbing a whole bunch of steps that go no where nothing like Greece. The food well everything I ordered was raw including the chicken and pork. After day 1 I went outside to eat, what a shame. No room service but what would you need it when your room is soo small a plate of anything would not fit. No laundry service. No help from the front desk. I would give this place a 0 score except for the staff. Most amazing group of people I have ever had the pleasure to meet, they will try to help you any way they can, except the front desk. They don’t care about anything except when it is time to collect money. I would never recommend this place but if you unfortunately happen to stay here the staff will try to take care of you. The hotel not so much.

I had a huge cancellation, very disappointed management experience from another 5 star hotel in Coron. This Palladium hotel did not disappoint our family. Mr. Alvin the general manager is so easy to talk with, fast, very accomodating and down to earth. I wish all hotels are like this in Coron. The Palladium is very lucky to have a wonderful guy like Alvin! There are more way expensive hotels only to experience mismanagement, rude and bad service. I’d rather stay in a small regular room than ruining our stay. I totally and highly recommend staying at The Palladium hotel, where you will be treated like a royalty and even part of the family. Fantastic job and More power to you all! Highly recommended for events and weddings as well, don’t look further to get luxury experience, just stay at the Palladium Hotel in Coron!!!

Small hotel with simple, clean and comfortable rooms.
Quick tricycle ride to town (less than 5 minutes).
Overall very accommodating, but devil in the details.
Basic amenities provided.
Wifi connection fair-good
Small pool
Service needs major improvement and staff need more training - especially the restaurant wait staff
It takes FOREVER to get your order. One hour for one margarita.
The waiters get anxious when the guests pile up.

Palladium Review
I will start with the positive. The resort looks very nice aesthetically compared to a lot of the mid-range hotels in Philippines. However we encountered a number of problems at this hotel which made our stay far from relaxing. The staff were slow at times in responding to our issues, however with that said they did try to accommodate our concerns.
So let’s go onto the issues now.
1. We were put in room 101 which is the first room by the entrance to the hotel and main road. We were immediately concerned that this would be noisy at night, and requested a change. We were advised there were no other rooms available, but surprisingly they had rooms for guests checking in later that day!! So we stayed in 101, and the guards, hotel staff and tuk tuk drivers were talking 24/7, not to mention the noise of revving engines!! We asked to change the next morning, again we were advised there were no rooms until we spoke to the manager. We were finally changed to room 403, and just as we settled after a long day trip, we discovered that there is no hot water available in the shower!! We were given a temporary room to shower in, and were promised we would be transferred to a 3rd room on our 3rd day. I managed to have a lukewarm shower in the temporary room but my friend was not able to as the bathroom started to leak from the ceiling and flood. At this point we gave up, and she ended up showering in our cold shower. When we were finally put in the 3rd room our shower woes continued, you cold not get any water from the shower head unless you constantly hold a button!!
2. Whilst I’m grateful for the included breakfast especially since the hotel is away from Coron Town - the options were very poor. Some days no sliced bread was available, another guest told us that she was told she couldn’t have a custom made omelette - I’m guessing the hotel took on her feedback as the next day there was an egg station available. I asked for a fresh juice (had to pay for it), only for it to be made with ice - could not even taste the fruit!! Also on our final check out day, our airport transfer pick up was at 7am, breakfast is advertised to be available from 6.30am - was it available? No! They did however try to make something quickly, but a simple toasted egg sandwich took 30mins to make!!
3. People come on holiday to relax, when you arrive at the Palladium, you arrive to rules. There are so many things you have to be careful about as they charge extras for everything I.e. any non-removable stains on bedding or towels.
4. Customer Service is appalling. You arrive at breakfast to dirty tables waiting to be cleared. There were times when we just wanted to clear it ourselves. If you ask for anything in general, you have to either wait for s long time for it to be actioned or they forget. Despite the constructive feedback, I think this hotel has great potential, but fir this to happen they almost need a westerner to come and review their processes and provide the staff with training.
6. The sun beds are limited (only 4 due to limited space), and they were uncomfortable. They are permanently at an angle (you cannot just life flat on them)
7. Pool/Beach towels - they need a basket to allow guests to drop off used towels. Each time you wanted to get rid of your towel, you have to ask a member of staff to take it off your hand. The hotel also charges you if you want to take a towel to the beach!!
8. Administration - they need to get themselves in order!! Twice we were asked if we had paid for tours/transfers that we had already paid for. My advice to anyone is to always get a receipt, and document all charges to the room!
9. The room had no dimmer light options, so it would’ve been useful to have a bedside lamp
In summary, nice hotel, staff mean well, but they need a westerner to come in and review their processes and provide vest practice customer service training. If you stay here, just manage your expectations (or maybe we were just unlucky). Oh and finally, the WiFi is good despite reviews placed on other sites.

It is not centrally located just 20 min walking distance from the town. Very new property, clean with good wifi and nice pool. The aircon was noisy although i was even wearing earplugs but i suppose that i was unlucky. The kotopoulo souvlaki and xoriatiki that i tasted for dinner was decent. Recommended for your visit in Coron.

My Aunt booked this hotel and at first, we were a bit sceptic. The place is ca 7 min away from the buzzy and noisy city center of Coron. Stayed here for 5 days and I would return and come back, thats for sure.
Positive:
- The service here is very friendly. Young people, that assist you where they can.
- AC and rooms are very clean. When you have your standards (toilet, bath ect) this wont dissapoint you.
- Shower Head: Rain shower, I'm in love
- Smokers friendly. You will have your own small lodge, where you can do whatever you want infront of your room
- Breakfast buffet: the 3 warm dishes will change daily, which is a good sign, that they use the igredients available to them and that you wont get bored of the buffet after 3 days of staying here
Negative:
- The breakfast buffet is ok. They offer also freshly made pancakes. The omlettes are premade, and the filling you chose will just be flipped inside (thats my perception for working in hotels and kitchens for almost 8 years now)
- The service could be more efficient: When you order ur eggs at the kitchen counter, the service never knows, where to bring it to. Also refilling the water or the buffet can be sometimes very slow.
All in All, I would definetly return back to this hotel, when visiting Coron again. The most positive to take out from our stay: The friendlieness and the clean rooms are just so important for me personally, that i can feel comfortable and in a good family-like environment.
