Detailed Reviews
On the day of our checkin at our original hotel, they had double booked our room so we had no choice but to look for another accommodation on the spot. I found Cebuano Lodge and immediately we were accomodated by Ms. Christine. She told us that they had available rooms and that we can take a look once we arrive at their place. When we got there, we were greeted by Ms. Leah and Kevin. They were extremely helpful and welcoming while we were checking in. They even prepared some cool, refreshing welcome drinks for us!
The room was new and clean plus it had its own toilet and shower which was a must for us. It had complete necessities such as clean bed sheets, towels, and tissue rolls plus the aircon was super cold, perfect for the summer heat.
Ms. Leah was very easy to talk to and she gave suggestions for our tours and the places where we can go for sightseeing. While Kevin was always on hand when we needed assistance, whether it was getting us a tricycle to go to town or booking the van for our tours. Both he and Ms. Leah was very kind and accommodating. One instance that really stuck to me was that our island hopping tour was scheduled for 7am. However, the complimentary breakfast that came with our room also starts at 7. But Ms. Leah arranged for our breakfast to be prepared much earlier, and Kevin even went out and bought containers for our food. They really went above and beyond what was expected.
Cebuano Lodge also offer different kinds of rice bowls for lunch which was surprisingly really good and heavy! You really get your money’s worth. From our small talks with our hosts, we found out that they had just started out after taking over from the previous management. They were really invested and trying hard to raise the ratings of Cebuano Lodge. But from what we experienced, they were like family, from the new management to the staff, and they treated us like we were a part of that family. Needless to say, I most definitely enjoyed my stay at Cebuano Lodge and I certainly will not think twice in staying here again or recommending this to my family and friends.

Located perfectly between the airport and all the best places. Staff go above and beyond to provide the best service. Very affordable. The place is fairly clean and gives the homey feeling when you're on holiday.

Just loved this place, the staff is so nice and the owners goes beyond what is expected from a hotel, it seems like an extra family away from home!
Will come back to this place once I’m in Coron again.

They have offered lots of considerations for us, on which we super duper appreciate it. Also, the staffs are very accomodating, from cook to utility, and of course to their manager, mam cristine. 🤗 the hotel is simple and comfy. Makes you feel like you're home. The food is so good. Sulit pa. Mas sulit kesa sa inihaw project haha. Definitely, will recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cheap yet comfy place to stay with when you are in Coron! 💕

One of the cheapest place when you visit Coron. Free coffee and water with complimentary breakfast, friendly and very accommodating staffs especially the manager() and the cook(). The food is good (especially the ginataan). Good ambiance. Peaceful at night.
Overall, it's a 5 🌟 )
#Kudos to the team! Mabuhaaay.

Our stay in Cebuano Lodge was great! We went here in July 20-22 but since I live abroad, I wanted to make sure that my birthday getaway with friends will be splendid and hassle-free so I contacted the hotel few months before we got there.
Our over-all stay and trip in Coron was amazing and it's all thanks to Christine who helped me all the way from our rooms (since there were a lot of changes made) to our island trip itself! She helped me a lot with coordinating with boat tours, since there was supposedly 9 of us but ended up being 6, and we still wanted to have our own private boat, Christine has been nothing but a massive help in talking and negotiating with the private boat rentals.
If you're looking for a great and budget friendly place with very accommodating staff like Christine, Cebuano Lodge is the place for you! It is also located near Coron Proper Town. And our room was a Private Family Room and for 6 people in it, it is already a big place! Can't wait to be back in Coron again!

Our stay in Cebuano Lodge was great. The hotel is in good range from the Coron Town, with tricycle it takes only 10minutes to reach the city center. The staff was really helpful and nice and we enjoyed our stay there. There was few cons tho, one was that the wifi didn't work properly and also if you wanted to use your own local sim card the hotel is too far away from the nearest 4g antenna so there is no signal or it is very poor. Overall the rooms were clean and nice.

Bad wifi, small rooms, chickens and turkeys making sleep pretty bad, bad showers, no internet or mobile connection at the area, a bit far away from town. Great staff tho. Food was okey and pretty cheap. Wouldnt recommend it tho

+1
The place is far away from Coron town proper where most of establishments for food and entertainment are located. You have to pay for Php 20 per tricycle ride as means of transportation. We suggest to get contact number of a tricycle driver for you to be picked up. Going there solo, you are lucky if a driver would agree to take you there.
There is a very slow (almost none) wifi connection each room so don't expect to stay connected with the internet. There is also no mobile internet signal at the area.
The TV does not have cable connection. Only one horrible channel is available on our room.
They have ugly canteen wherein the prices are expensive.
There are other places at the town proper that are cheaper and have better ammenities (even swimming pool) just make sure to book in advance.
Look for other place. I hope this helps!
