Vienna is best area for a day tour for you to relax and enjoy❤❤staff are nice, polite and attentive, the food is delicious.Everyone enjoyed and the memories of this place will last for a life time.
Down side: the Bar Guy seem to be a trainee. Did not inform us that the Ice tea we had ordered has a liquor on it. I even asked him whats the difference among on those other drinks and that my kids will have it. Ending, kids have their water.

We stayed here back in 2019. The rooms were still new then and the facilities as well. The pool was a great place to chill at. Their rooms were so spacious - loved how high the ceilings were per room. Back then they didn't have a great food selection, but we didn't care.
Issue is that they're too far to be easily accessed by transpo. So you really have to walk a bit before you get to see a tricycle.

This was one of the least favorite hotels in Philippines. Was clean and tidy, but in the bathroom things were held on by duct tape. Not what you expect. Also got woken up at 6am by loud what i suppose was meant to be music but was just awful noise. Unsure why they needed this.

We found this hotel nice, not too fancy but perfect for our needs.
location is great, a bit up/downhill but we loved interacting with our multiple tuktuk drivers that for pretty much nothing are taking you everywhere.
Pool was ok for a 20 minutes swim after our tours.
Bar area was nice as we always drunk couple of things there before and after dinner in town.
Staff spoke great english and helped us book 4 private tours and tuktuks to the pier to move to El Nido.
don't expect this place to be a resort-like

Save yourself the grief and money I’m not exaggerating in anyway when I say this place had atrocious service and excessively moldy rooms that have just clearly been painted over repeatedly. The paint doesn’t stop the actual existence and pungent stench of the mold that festers within this run down building. This establishment should honestly not be offered to the public to room in. In Canada, this building would be considered condemned and unfit for residing in. Having been torn apart from hands to feet from a recent scooter accident the staff proceeded to waste over an hour of my time trying to put me in as many as 3 different rooms at that point. All whilst making me lug around my two giant bags with the one hand that wasn’t covered in road rash. There was no regard or help offered at any point regardless of how much pain I was in. The only thing they were adamant about was the fact that they would not be refunding anything. They will not refund your money and will lock you into their trap which is all this hoax of a hotel is. I left the premise without any kind of sympathy or professional courtesy. The first room addressed me with a heavy aroma of mold in which I had to endure for maybe 15 second before I couldn’t handle it further and had to run out after the staff member to show him the smell he was already clearly aware of. I asked for a small bag of ice to keep my hand from swelling from
All the back and forth and they immediately charged and demanded the equivalent of $3-4 dollars in pesos before handing the ice to me. This hotel will be providing some immediate headaches, and long terms health issues for those that stay. Don’t let the fancy pictures catfish you into this disappointment of a destination.

+1
Nice and Clean Hotel. Rooms were very spacious but the bath rooms need a little improvement. The staff were very hospitable and always ready to assist, they're ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. There's no elevator but it's manageable. Location is close to the town although it's a bit challenging due to uphill but you can take a Tricycle "tuktuk" as an alternative to work out . Easy access to the restaurants and bars. Breakfast food was very great. I really recommend this Vienna hotel and we will surely comeback.

The hotel staff were really nice, but the hotel amenities needs a lot of improvement. The AC is just for decoration it doesn’t work just fan. We did complained on the first day, but they didn’t fix or change our room. The restroom was the worst part smelled like drainage super strong, specially when we finish showering. During breakfast they were serving cold food. The kitchen is downstairs and they don’t leave the food warmer on. Just imagine eating corned beef and rice cold. “Disgusting “
The good things about this hotel is the location you can just walk to the Main Street, but if you don’t like to walk there’s lots of tricycles around. The staff are very friendly and respectful. Hope they improve their rooms and breakfast service.

It is without a doubt that my stay at Vienna Hotel exceeded every expectation and left me feeling truly pampered. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with a warm smile and attentive service.
The moment that they free upgraded my room into deluxe room which you can see the beautiful view of the town and the Coron Islands from my room was really mesmerizing. The hotels' locations was unbeatable, my room, their foods and the staffs were really good.
I will definitely bring my family here next time.

My family (10 of us) stayed in Vienna while we were in Coron. This place was perfect for us! The staff were very friendly & accommodating. The rooms were comparatively large from other hotels we stayed in. Breakfast was delicious and they served a variety of food to cater to all kinds of guests. The bar was open until guests are awake, great ambience during evenings!

I have just arrived at Vienna Hotel, which I booked as the photos showed an outdoor pool with sun loungers. When I arrived, there were no sun loungers, only tables and chairs. I asked at reception why the photos showed them if they didn’t have any. They said they were broken. I would have booked a cheaper hotel if I was going to have to sub bathe on the beach regardless. I suggest you take off the misleading picture from your website and booking.com

it is a 30 degree slope uphill roads through local communities from the hotel to Karl's BBQ. Totally 800 meters from the hotel to the port of the island hopping tours. It requires tricycles taxi.
