This was one of the least favorite hotels in Philippines. Was clean and tidy, but in the bathroom things were held on by duct tape. Not what you expect. Also got woken up at 6am by loud what i suppose was meant to be music but was just awful noise. Unsure why they needed this.

Vienna is best area for a day tour for you to relax and enjoy❤❤staff are nice, polite and attentive, the food is delicious.Everyone enjoyed and the memories of this place will last for a life time. Down side: the Bar Guy seem to be a trainee. Did not inform us that the Ice tea we had ordered has a liquor on it. I even asked him whats the difference among on those other drinks and that my kids will have it. Ending, kids have their water.

Save yourself the grief and money I’m not exaggerating in anyway when I say this place had atrocious service and excessively moldy rooms that have just clearly been painted over repeatedly. The paint doesn’t stop the actual existence and pungent stench of the mold that festers within this run down building. This establishment should honestly not be offered to the public to room in. In Canada, this building would be considered condemned and unfit for residing in. Having been torn apart from hands to feet from a recent scooter accident the staff proceeded to waste over an hour of my time trying to put me in as many as 3 different rooms at that point. All whilst making me lug around my two giant bags with the one hand that wasn’t covered in road rash. There was no regard or help offered at any point regardless of how much pain I was in. The only thing they were adamant about was the fact that they would not be refunding anything. They will not refund your money and will lock you into their trap which is all this hoax of a hotel is. I left the premise without any kind of sympathy or professional courtesy. The first room addressed me with a heavy aroma of mold in which I had to endure for maybe 15 second before I couldn’t handle it further and had to run out after the staff member to show him the smell he was already clearly aware of. I asked for a small bag of ice to keep my hand from swelling from All the back and forth and they immediately charged and demanded the equivalent of $3-4 dollars in pesos before handing the ice to me. This hotel will be providing some immediate headaches, and long terms health issues for those that stay. Don’t let the fancy pictures catfish you into this disappointment of a destination.

The hotel staff were really nice, but the hotel amenities needs a lot of improvement. The AC is just for decoration it doesn’t work just fan. We did complained on the first day, but they didn’t fix or change our room. The restroom was the worst part smelled like drainage super strong, specially when we finish showering. During breakfast they were serving cold food. The kitchen is downstairs and they don’t leave the food warmer on. Just imagine eating corned beef and rice cold. “Disgusting “ The good things about this hotel is the location you can just walk to the Main Street, but if you don’t like to walk there’s lots of tricycles around. The staff are very friendly and respectful. Hope they improve their rooms and breakfast service.

We stayed here back in 2019. The rooms were still new then and the facilities as well. The pool was a great place to chill at. Their rooms were so spacious - loved how high the ceilings were per room. Back then they didn't have a great food selection, but we didn't care. Issue is that they're too far to be easily accessed by transpo. So you really have to walk a bit before you get to see a tricycle.

I swear to god this is from my real experience!! Please read and consider before you book. I had booked Vienna Hotel from 23/03/2021 to 28/03/2021 in the Deluxe King room. Due to the EOC Coron, they need me to provide Hotel booking, Return ticket and tour within 72 hours before traveling to Coron. So I completed them on 21/03/2021 but unfortunately, due to the IATF new Pandemic resolution on 22/03/2021 so no one can go out from Manila on 23/03/2021. It’s a kind of emergency case from the government. PAL and tour understand and let us refund for the full amount because of uncontrol emergency case. However, this hotel said that they will keep 50% of my money and refund for 50%. The customer service can say just only “not allow to refund, it’s our policy” but they did not understand the abnormal situation just base on normal situation policy. Besides, I tried to ask to talk with the manager but the manager didn’t want to talk to me just let CS talked only. “To my truly honest, I was so DISAPPOINTED this is VERY SELFISH and UNPROFESSIONAL.” They pushed the burden and responsibility to me just because they didn’t want to lose money. Is this exactly our fault? Can we compromise? Well, if you want to stay in this hotel for your trip, please make a question with yourself, family and companion with service, safety, cleanness, money, and worth first because no one will take responsibility for you. There are lots of other satisfied hotels out there. Please think carefully I don’t want you to end up like me. Lose money, time, trust and good feeling.

Felt like a western hotel rather than some of the beach huts/resorts we had stayed in during our time in the Philippines. Nice to break up the trip with some modern facilities. Motorbike rental on site which was convenient. Didn’t use the pool as there are so many amazing beaches in reach with a motorbike rental but looked nice.

We found this hotel nice, not too fancy but perfect for our needs. location is great, a bit up/downhill but we loved interacting with our multiple tuktuk drivers that for pretty much nothing are taking you everywhere. Pool was ok for a 20 minutes swim after our tours. Bar area was nice as we always drunk couple of things there before and after dinner in town. Staff spoke great english and helped us book 4 private tours and tuktuks to the pier to move to El Nido. don't expect this place to be a resort-like

I have just arrived at Vienna Hotel, which I booked as the photos showed an outdoor pool with sun loungers. When I arrived, there were no sun loungers, only tables and chairs. I asked at reception why the photos showed them if they didn’t have any. They said they were broken. I would have booked a cheaper hotel if I was going to have to sub bathe on the beach regardless. I suggest you take off the misleading picture from your website and booking.com

New hotel with clean rooms, nice bathroom. Wifi worked, breakfast was adequate, decent pool, tours easily arranged. Only negative was the long 400m steep uphill walk back to the hotel at nighttime. Trikes are available for 30 peso.
