The food in the restaurant is poor quality and the chef is too lazy to cook your desired order - there were many excuses of basic ingredients not available (e.g. cheese and pineapple). We were forced to order a pizza delivery and eat in our room which is not what we expect from a “luxury” resort. However, 2 hours later once we were in bed (and after complaining about the poor service) the chef miraculously found the ingredients he previously insisted were out of stock. The staff harassed us with unnecessary room visits and phone calls in the late hours which woke up my months old baby. Overall not a relaxing or enjoyable stay. We will not be returning to this hotel. The pool is nice, however there is no beach and the waterfront is not suitable for swimming.

sight, ambience l, great atmosphere, serene, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle from the previous property prior which we stayed in. We were welcomed upon arrival by Pearl, the Resort Manager, being offered with welcome drinks and cold towels from the staff. Though we were a bit early upon our arrival and decided to take 3 rooms for my family, Pearl was able to arrange 1 room to keep our items and preparing the other 2 rooms. The property has a calm and serene atmosphere comparable to a 5-Star property, with great hospitable service from Pearl, Gwen, Uriel just to name a few and all staff of BE Grand Resort in Bohol. The room was comfortable, with a bathtub, standing shower, bathrobes and flip flop slippers provided and a view of the swimming pool. The property provides game room, karaoke room, kayaking and SPA for all guests . The property does offer suites, villas for couples and family within the property As a Chef Concierge in my own property, recommendations are being made for my guests within the property for various outlets for dining, shopping malls within the vicinity and various places of interest. In addition, recommendations are also being made to our guests if so required to the resorts in the addition countries like Bali in Indonesia, Phuket or Pattaya in Thailand, Maldives and properties in Cebu, Boracay, Palawan and Bohol. With our experience in BE Grand Resort in Bohol, it is rest assured recommendations will be made to my family, friends and guests to the BE Grand properties where available. Special thanks once again to PEARL, THE RESORT MANAGER and all staff for providing great hospitality and a wonderful stay for me and my family making it a memorable experience. This intimate and private property in bohol is so nice 5 minutes away from crowded alona beach, the villa we got is really great, nice bed, nice room amenity (BTW, Shanghai Tang Brand very known in HK), curved flat screen TV, big pools (lagoon pools for villas and massive common pools), lots of lounges (beach side and pool sides). I remember Jonas, among all the employee I encountered he is the one always smiling even though he is wearing mask I can still see smile from his eyes. (sincere service from the heart is always good) At night, property is so cozy with all the lights outside, it's almost magical. They have very nice stair case from the lobby going to the pool area. It could be a grand stair case. A 5 start property, it reminds me of those 5 star resort property in Phuket, Thailand. I commend the owner and the management for this BE-autiful Property!

Stayed for 4 days in one of their dream villa. It was really spacious with access to the private lagoon. Very ideal for couples or for those who want privacy. It is located on a cliffside so beach swimming is not permitted but there are other activities to do such as kayaking. The view is stunning. Food is great with big servings. Salute to the staff as they are very friendly and accommodating. Would love to stay here again.

The overall experience in Be Grand Resort was awesome. True customer experience. From check in to check out it was smooth with no hassle. Of course Covid safety protocols are being observed. The staffs are very accommodating, welcoming and very assisting. Our room has 2 double bed with a terrace and table for 2 where you can have your morning coffee overlooking the wide pool. I would highly recommend this hotel for families and friends traveling. Let’s Be Grand. 👍🏻👍🏻

We stayed for 5 days in Grand villa. It was huge it has two floors.From the moment we arrived we felt 5star service. Free shuttle from and to Panglao area. We have our own driver for the whole stay. They served welcome drinks and snacks, complimentary drinks in the ref for our whole stay. Every night we were given free dessert(impressively delicious)Their amenities were well maintained. The pool areas were amazing! We have access to the lagoon. Free used of kayak. We also tried snorkelling in front of the beach area. (You don’t need to go island hopping) it’s all there. The staff were friendly and helpful specially Uriel the front desk officer. Made sure our stay was incredibly beautiful experience. The view in every corner is instagramable.one of the best hotel we stayed.the thing we missed is the guests around which make it also safe for us nothing to worry about exposure in COVID. We really enjoyed our 5 days stay. Highly recommended.

We were very lucky to experience the resort again exclusively, two dream villas next to each other. Despite the new normal that they have implemented, less contact with staff from welcome/ arrival experience up to complete check in at the villa we feel it was still a very complete experience with no hiccups at all. The villas were newly renovated, the linens, the comfort of their bed, the walk-in bathroom and closet with their upsize bath amenities were impressive and immaculate. They were also able to maintain the total cleanliness of the resort despite the ongoing pandemic, we feel very secure and safe. The floating breakfast by the pool which was massive with selection of Filipino, Continental and American breakfast is something worth to experience and exceptionally delicious! Despite having no beach access, this resort stands out in terms of product and service, a must experience when everything goes back to normal!
