We had a beautiful stay !! Calm and relaxing place. The pool is nice and deep. 😃
Don’t let the front of the hotel scare you.
And the front lobby. Our bed was huge and comfortable. The Air Conditioner was working great! And also the fan. We had a fridge in our room. The price was also really reasonable

We had a wonderful experience in Bohol because of Coco Mango's Place. Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, we took their Ultimate Package: Countryside Tour, Island Hopping and Dolphin Watching, and Panglao Island Tour. Since we traveled as a couple, we paid Php6,200 each. That includes the 3-night accommodation, 3 free breakfast meals, 1 free packed lunch for the island hopping, roundtrip airport transfers, and 2-day tour. In terms of privacy, since we paid as a couple, we toured as a couple and didn't have anyone with us.

On the 1st day, we arrived at the airport late in the afternoon. Upon exit, we were welcomed by Kuya Roy, the driver, with their placard name. He immediately assisted us on our baggage. After more than 30 minutes of driving, we arrived at the hotel. The hotel is located in Panglao Island, a bit far from the Tagbilaran island and the famous Alona Beach.

Upon arrival at the compound, we were assisted to our room, Room 3. The room looked normal, clean, and quiet. It has a mezzanine with another queen-sized bed. The staircase leading to the mezzanine seemed difficult to climb. The room had a kitchen with small refrigerator, utensils and plates, and a 2-seater table. The TV and airconditioner are remote-controlled. The hotel has a free WiFi.

Breakfast meals are provided upon your request of time. If you want to serve it earlier, inform them the night before so that they can prepare it ahead of time. They serve breakfast in silog meals. They provide drinking water in gallon. They don't provide dinner, so we went to Alona Beach since lots of restaurants are open there. Good thing the hotel provided a free shuttle ride to/from Alona until 11PM, I think.

Since we arrived late in the afternoon of 1st day, we started the tour on the 2nd day at 8AM. Our 1st destination was so far it consumed more than an hour of traveling. They already had an itinerary prepared. On our way to the Chocolate Hills, we tried the ATV Ride which costs us Php700 per person for 1 hour (they were on promo). Then we visited Chocolate Hills, Butterfly Garden, Man-made Forest, Tarsier Conservation Area, Loboc River Cruise, Loboc Adventure Park, Python Sanctuary, Baclayon Church, and Blood Compact Monument. All of the entrance fees are free, except for the buffet lunch at the Loboc River Cruise which costs us Php450 each. Our driver was accommodating and friendly. We asked for a detour: went to the poblacion to withdraw, stopped to buy pasalubong along the way, or opted not to visit a certain destination on our itinerary.

On our 2nd day, we left the hotel at 5AM. We were transferred to a certain house in Danao Beach where our boat riders live. They provided snorkel at Php120 each and swimming shoes at Php60 each, so I suggest you bring your own. It took us almost an hour to arrive at the "dolphin sea area" where the dolphins swim and find food. We visited the Balicasag Island to snorkel, and paid our boat rider Php150 each. Then we arrived at the Virgin Island and ate our lunch meals provided by the hotel. We arrived back to Danao Beach at 12NN.

We were a bit disappointed to our boat riders. Since we didn't finish our lunch, we opted to bring it to the hotel instead after the island hopping tour. But to our dismay, our lunch boxes were empty. We just discovered that we were "robbed" when we arrive back at the hotel to fix our stuff. I even tipped them!

Our Panglao Island Tour started at 2PM. We visited Bohol Bee Farm, Dauis Church and Cafe, Hinagdanan Cave, Nova Sea Shell Museum, and Panglao Tower. We arrived back to the hotel at 5:30PM.

Overall, our stay in the hotel was great. Their tours were affordable and worth it. I called almost all hotels near Alona Beach, and I can say Coco Mango's Place has the cheapest tour packages. The hotel personnel were fast and accommodating, though I didn't like our boat riders. But the most important thing is, we had an excellent time.

If you're looking for a place to stay in panglao, this is a highly recommended place not only for its price but because of what they can offer.

PROS:
- The rooms provided was spacious, clean and well maintained.
- Kitchen is well equipped with ref and other utensils.
- The air conditioning units are working wonderfully even during the peak hours of the afternoon.
- The personnel assigned for the shuttle services are very accommodating and helpful especially in directing us in the local area, tip of advice get the number of the driver for easy pick up.
- The tour that they offer is really nice since you will be able to pass through most of the tourist spots within bohol and the driver is well versed of the locations as well as the history behind it.
- For the souvenirs you can also buy from their shop which offers them at a very cheap price or you can ask the tour driver to bring you to the souvenir shop that offers cheap prices.
- if you have breakfast in your package, they will be asking you in the evening to choose what breakfast do you want from their list and what time do you want it to be served.
- free wifi and TV has cable.

Very slight cons, the location is a few minutes away from Alona beach and the other tourist spots. Good thing they have a free shuttle (drop off and pick up).
- their pool is small, but why would you need a pool when you have prime beaches around the area :)
- wifi is a bit weak inside the rooms
- there is still construction ongoing on the 3rd floor, this can cause some minimal noise during brunch time.

The bathrooms we had doesn't have any hooks wherein we could hang our clothes or towels. The wifi signal is very poor. The rice cooker is also not working. The driver of the shuttle from the hotel to Alona Beach are pretty arrogant and was asking for an extra pay right away. Though I'll give credits to most staffs as they are very accommodating and approachable.

We stayed on this resort for 3 days and 2 nights and availed their bohol travel tour package. I must say, their services are superb and spectacular. They offer the cheapest package (base on my research) with hotel accommodations. Upon arrival at the airport, we were greeted by one of their staff and proceeded on our first day tour. The whole bohol experience was great because we paid for less and experienced more than what we are expecting. The resort was clean and very peaceful. Their staffs are very kind, approachable, comical, and very very very friendly. If I/We go back in Bohol inthe future, we will definitely opt to stay again with this resort. I have no negative comment/s to say because everything really went good and we really enjoyed our stay. I'll recommend this to others :)

We stayed for 4 days and everything went smooth. We haven't encountered any problem. Their tour package (itinerary) was good. The place is suitable for small to medium groups (4 to 15 persons). They're currently expanding. If ever I will travel to Bohol again, I'll stay here. I recommend it.

Went there with my cousins from Florida. We took the package tour with Coountry side, Panglao and Balicasag tour. The moment we stepped outside Tagbilaran airport, the service van was already there. The tours went smoothly and enjoyable. Place is quite far from Alona beach however, they provide transporatation to and from the beach on your ideal schedule. My cousin thought she lost her phone somewhere during the tour, when she checked the van we used the following morning, it's in the same spot where she sat during the tour. Talk about honesty! Great staff! The island tours in their itinerary were very nice. Their rooms are clean and spacious. We occuppied the two rooms at the top (rooms 9 & 10). (We were 14 in the group.) The room assigned to us have three rooms inside, each have private toilet and bath which are all very clean. I like that their showers have hot and cold water. From our first day up until the last, the staff were very nice. I am so pleased and so are my companions with their excellent customer's service, good rooms and nice tour. I will definitely come back to Coco Mango's. And the most important thing is that for our 3-day stay, We paid less than 3,000 pesos each, which include the tours, airport and seaport transportation service, accomodation, breakfast and free lunch for the island tour. Amazing right?! Needs improvement is their free breakfast, food is bland. However, the free lunch for the island tour was great and delicious!
