I reserved my room because the first photos of the site are very beautiful but in reality the room I reserved is in photo number 69, 70 and 71 where no one will ever see. when I arrived I asked for the quietest room in the hotel but at 8 p.m. the neighboring establishment started playing music with a big sound system. in fact it is a great deception of the presentation in photos and lies of the staff.

Goodness me with the noise disturbance in early mornings and nights. Electronic device buzzing and pierching in ears noise disturbance, one of the male attendant heard the noise as well when setting up my TV as well but declined my request for change of room. And on first night there was loud pounding music right above. Absolutely noise disturbance and bad customer service after knowing there are problems and refused room change. Won't give a second chance or thought about this place again! 😡

The first thing you are made to feel very unwelcome. Presented with a list of costs for anything you do wrong . This is before a hi or hello, the staff are super unfriendly and you are made to feel like your infringing on them having a chat or interrupting their phone time. If you ask to speak to a supervisor or manager no one is available. It’s hard to get your room made up and when you ask your made know your a inconvenience , oh and don’t make the mistake of asking for laundry to be done as you will be berated even though this is a service they supposedly offer . I must say this is the worst hotel I have stayed at in the Philippines and would strongly advise anyone from booking here . Also neighbouring the hotel is some kind of karaoke bar who love belting out the hits till at least 3 am and the bass from this vibrates the windows, so sleep is something you will also be short on if staying here. This is an excellent option for stay. Good location near to the airport. The place is very quiet and clean. The personal is very kind and helpful. The food is good and the prices are fair. The room is awesome. We are really glad and we strongly recommend this place, for sure we will come back.

Good location - easy to find, just within the barangay road but you have to be early to secure a good parking spot and don’t leave to remain in that secure parking spot Attentive staff - greet guests when they meet you anywhere in the resort and quick response to your request Spacious rooms - bed is big compare to other resort thou it takes time for the airconditioning to cool the room. Smart TV is also provided but on Chinese characters so practice your Mandarin, if you have any. There is no mini fridge available inside the room but this has been posted in their house rules too. We were just unlucky to experience power outage that never returned in the two rooms provided to us. 😕 That was the hassle part of the stay for us. Huge Pool - the pool was huge and picturesque but it was crowded. There was no crowd control specifically for walk in guest/day time users. Also during our stay, no one cleaned the pool to remove the sand and other floating/submerged particles inside the swimming pool. They just poured and distributed evenly a bucket of chlorine powder at 9:00 pm when no one was using the pool. I saw no one removing leaves and the like or vacuuming the pool in the early morning. Thus when you take a dip in the pool, never open your eyes for it will stung. …

We’ve been at the Only seed for 3 nights 4 days, and what an amazing experience! We decided to go there to do the Open water scuba diving course, which is done by PATA NEGRA DIVERS, just next door. Julyos was our instructor, and he was just amazing!! Kind, friendly and very helpful!! The experience under the water was awesome, and all the team that helped us was extremely friendly!! We could never imagine a better experience during the course. The hotel is really nice. Very clean rooms, comfy bed and the pool was perfect!! To the boss lady, Yoyo, thank you so much! For the stay, the help and the kindly warm family acctitude. It was just perfect!!

The receptionist failed to order pickup car and let us wait in the heat for 1 hours. The power in the resort has been cut out three times in two days. The staff knew it without telling us. Pool is ok.
