We stayed here for five nights and had a fantastic time! The staff are all so friendly, everyone we met was incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was very comfertable and the aircon worked really well. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping it clean for us. The rooftop bar is incredible and a great place to relax and take in the views. The breakfasts were the best we had on our whole holiday, amazing quality and choice, I still miss them! The only improvement suggestions would be a motion sensor light in the wardrobe (it was hard to see in there) and another hook and shelf in the bathroom to place things. Thanks again for a fantastic stay!

Stayed here 6 nights. Perfect location, 30 seconds from the beach and multiple boat tours. The most amazing breakfasts in Ver De, part of the hotel. Staff are so helpful and kind and I obviously have to mention Miss Lorraine!! (Namesake). Rooms were cleaned every day (if you wanted) with fresh water in your own mini fridge. Last but certainly not least the roof top bar with the most amazing views and amazing cocktails. Thank you for a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was an absolute delight! The staff were probably the most genuinely friendly and helpful of any where I’ve ever stayed - I’ve stayed at JW Marriott properties that did not have staff as delightful as H Hotel. I found the rooms to be well-equipped and comfortable. They’re compact, but meticulously maintained and most importantly, the AC works superbly well. The included plant-based breakfast was absolutely delicious - I’d have been happy to pay a la carte prices, given the quality - including custom coffees - so the fact that it was included made it a great value. The staff was wonderfully helpful with making tour arrangements and transfers - all at competitive prices (see separate review for Discover El Nido). They even had the airport shuttle depart an hour earlier than its normal hours so that I didn’t have to take a private car transfer, which I was willing to do. There is some road noise that you will hear throughout the night, but I’m pretty sure that’s the case for any hotel in El Nido town proper. The sound insulation between rooms was very good - I never heard anyone above, below or next to me. All-in-all, 3 days here was not enough. It’s probably the highest-end hotel in El Nido that isn’t a proper beach resort, but still very well-priced for what you get. I truly can’t wait to return.…

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Everyone here is incredibly kind and helpful! The location of the hotel is perfect - right by the beach, and in the heart of all the best restaurants and shops. The restaurant has a fabulous, creative, and delicious vegan menu downstairs. The rooftop has the best view in El Nido and amazing drinks. The staff, especially Dani made our trip stress free from the start. Our transportation to and from the hotel was very reliable. Our private boat tour picked up the wrong guests, and Dani saved the day by booking us with one of the hotel’s partner tour companies on short notice and made sure we had the best day. She made communication so easy with the hotel the entire time. The room was super clean and nice, and housekeeping did an amazing job each day. The a/c in the room kept us nice and cool every day in the crazy heat, and we had a great night’s sleep every night. I will be sending my parents back to this hotel next year when they visit because we had such an amazing trip. Everyone here is fantastic, and made our trip completely stress free and special.…

Love the view ! It is the only hotel you should stay in el nido , nowhere else . Their rooftop bar , vegan restaurant and parlour are all fantastic and good value . Beautiful place and great service !

Really enjoyed our stay. Great amenities, amazing view, very good sleep. Also, thanks to Dani who helped us with a transfer to a beautiful beach which was at a sister hotel so could use all their amenities.
