Detailed Reviews
The room was ok but crammed with beds. The bathroom didn't drain so easily so always a puddle of water. The fact there are swimming pools creates local day tourists and lots of noise. Of an evening they have a band playing 10 pm a weeknight and midnight on a Weekend. Bring ear pugs. A bit far from 100 Islands for those who are focused on visiting there. It was way overpriced for what you get and what you are paying in other parts of the Philippines. There is no WiFi at this hotel. You have to go down to the Restaurant to get access.
There is a beach outside the back gate. If you check out the Pond in the Hotel and other creeks/drains that run into the beach you may decide not to swim there.

When we first got to the resort, we were awed by the beauty we saw. The pools looked nice and the resort looked well-maintained and beautifully-landscaped. And we could see the beach beyond the property's walls.
The rooms were clean and nice too although they weren't big. We first checked in to a room which had 2 queen-sized beds which was P3,000 per night. When we got inside, the stench of a dead rodent greeted us. We realized that it was coming from the split-type aircon running inside the room. We asked for the staff's assistance and they sprayed an air freshener throughout the room. However, the bad smell was too overpowering and it wore off after a while so we asked for another room. All the other rooms with the same price were fully-booked so we were given a bigger unit which had 2 storeys worth P4,500 a night. They originally wanted us to pay for the regular rate of the unit but we insisted that they should charge us for the same price because it wasn't our fault that we were in that situation. And they finally agreed but we don't get the 10% discount as with the other rooms that we got. (We were travelling with a huge group and we got 6 rooms in total so we were given an additional discount for the group booking.)
The unit where we transferred to had a living room, a dining area, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a friidge in the first floor and then the bedroom and another bathroom were on the second floor. There were balconies on both floors. The first floor was spacious but the second floor wasn't. The bedroom had 2 queen-sized beds and there was barely enough room to walk around in that you couldn't even walk in between the 2 beds. The beds were nice and comfortable. The bad thing about the unit is that the water running to the second floor bathroom was so weak up to the point that sometimes, there wasn't even any water running at all! And this for me is a huge drawback of the place. For a resort that is pricey, I would at least want to have a good and relaxing shower after swimming in the pool or on the beach.
As for the restaurant, it had a live band during the night of our stay. They were ok although they didn't have a wide repertoire. They would always be asking for requests but when the guests would send in their requests, they couldn't sing any of the requests at all. The food in the restaurant was overpriced as well. P150 for Filipino breakfasts like Tapsilog and P180 for Continental / American breakfasts. Beer ranges from P40-45.
This being a resort, I wasn't able to swim in either the pool or the beach. The pool looked nice but upon closer look, it was murky. And when we got to the beach, it was black sand although it was very fine with very minimal corals and shells but it wasn't inviting enough for me. On the other side of the resort though was an island and we could see that it had white sand. There are boats for hire for P700 outside the resort that could take guests to the white sand beaches of the area.
There are other amenities available within the resort like the KTV room which we were able to rent for P3,500 for half a day. And then there's a billiards table too which was P200/hour. There's also a kayak and a speedboat for rent (sorry, i forgot the price!) and banana boat for P3,000 for 30mins. For a laid-back destination like Pangasinan (unlike in other top destinations like Boracay), we think they were all overpriced so we didn't get to enjoy the other amenities except for the KTV room.
Overall, the resort was ok, except for our dead rodent encounter and the dirty pools, but everything was overpriced. Also, the lack of running water is a big let-down for this resort. I would have to think twice about going back to this place.

I've been to Covelandia many times, I live near by. I do love the looks of the place. I'm placing this warning because the hotel seems to not care that they are putting people in major danger! The nice kiddie pool behind the office that dumps the buckets of water needs some major maintanance. 1. the tiles are wrong very slippery. I slipped on the stairs twice and in great pain right now after 4 days. Very little grout on the bottom making very sharp edges on the tiles. 2. there are 3 slides, the one alone in the back is torn up at the bottom. Would slice a child to pieces. No blocking the slide at the top. Management says well people would take the sign down. This would hospitalize or kill anyone going down this slide. Sharp fiberglass and metal sticking up at least a 1/2 a foot.
After telling people my story, I've heard of so many injuries at all there pools from others. Including the adult slides. Broken tail bone, man sliced his entire side from fiberglass sticking up and so many falls. I'm sure there's many more. Maintenance is a major issue PLEASE BE CAREFUL! I love this place and will probably go back but my eyes will be open and will watch my child every second.

This is another one of those places without maintenance that staff blame on COVID.
COVID apparently affect plumbing because there is no water on the second floor of any buildings I checked.
My wife had to fight with the manager to get moved to a room with water. Apparently not so fully booked after all.
How can you claim that the hotel is fully booked then not spend money on basic necessities?
Room was pwede na apart from the CR which was below par. We felt like they were circulating the water from the pool and felt dirtier after showering.
The food at the hotel was good and well priced.
The pool were ok but dirty water.
I am sure this hotel was nice when new and if I was the owner I would be so pissed off at how it looks now.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Upon entering, guard on duty is not friendly,if your car is an SUV they will entertain you nicely, if not they will judge that you can’t pay their rates. While the guard on duty was counting us, he told my uncle, "Satsat ka kasi ng satsat", not customer oriented at all. Before that he shouted, "pakitabi nga sasakyan nyo!" they explained why he acted like that coz he is the security head. SO WHAT? My uncle is the OIC Auditor of big international manufacturing company. Still, he doesn’t want to bring his cars coz one bus/jeep with relatives is happier than bring our own cars. Man made river is stagnant. Very dirty also. Funny is about the rashguard, if you wear 3/4 or short sleeve rashguard, they will not allow you to swim, for short, they only know that rashguard is long sleeves. Broken comfort rooms.

My sister's family had a vacation from California,USA.Because of the timing of their stay, which was during the rainy month,we were not able to go to Puerto del Sol,Bolinao. We tried to look for other resort to hold our planned family reunion. We tried Covelandia du Labrador, which is located just a stone throw away from our place. We had a reservation in one of their KTV.When we got there,we were told to pay the entrance fee.We were in a large group. My cousin who frequents the place told us that the fee is consumable but to my amazement,it wasn't. We were charge P4000 plus on entrance fee alone. My god,if only had I known that that was their regulation,we opted for some place else.We only entered the place just to sing on their videoke. And the worst of it all,I;m a local from that place, at tinaga pa

This is the WORST resort i have ever stayed in EVER! The Service was beyond bad we would sit in the restaurant for 20 mins while there was 6 waiters sitting at the bar texting and joking with each other. usually we had to go to the bar to order food or tell them we need more drinks! ive never been more disapointed with service in my life! everyone of them would be fired if i was there boss.....The Pool was dirty and had algae growing in it (Ive never seen that before in a pool). and one morning we woke up and the pool water was as green as the grass! GROSS.....and then there was the rooms, when we arrived at the resort i was impressed, I thought wow this place looks nice! but thats where it ended....we got the honey moon suite and there were ants everywere. Cockroaches in the bathroom, the bathroom was so dirty my girlfriend wouldnt even go in....the balcony was never cleaned and had probly 2 years of bird crap on it....there was cobwebs the size of soccer balls and the sheets were stained. the t.v was from 1996 and ghetto as hell!.....and if your doing traveling and site seing in the morning be aware. they have live bands that play music till 1 AM and its so loud that it shakes the pictures off your walls....so if you need to sleep early because you are waking up when the sun does then DO NOT STAY HERE! if you are reading my review because your depbating on staying here please listen when i say DONT! youd be better off sleeping in the bush instead of this DUMP!

Booked the biggest family room that they have and upon inspection of the rooms we found some dog poop near one of the beds. The villa came with a kitchen but there were no pans, plates or utensils provided. The rooms have glass sliding doors to a little balcony but the curtains on the sliding doors are too sheer so they don't block out the sun. The pool water was not crystal clear it had a powdery texture to it i would assume it was treated with chlorine. Also the pool had a floating cockroach! Also they charge for everything! including reheating food!
